The banker was great , however during our time of service , the main manager came into the office very disrespectful, to another employee at this bank. As a customer I want to feel comfortable but the way this manager came into the office to automatically upper his tone of voice and speak to his employee who was by the way the only African American in the office to be screamed at . Racism was scene from all aspects of this office I will definitely not come back until someone speaks up to the upper manager and his way of operating his manger treating employees with respect .

Just wondering why tellers they are wearing grey T-Shirts to work now? So unprofessional looking. They look so sloppy. Really bad business habit for a professional company that you want to take care of your money, when it looks like employees cannot even get dressed for work.

I do most of my bank transactions either online or through ATM. Super convenient that this place have a drive thru ATM. I feel much safer doing drive through!
Been inside this bank location couple of times and so far my experience was pleasant. I get greeted every time I come in. If ever there's a line it goes really fast.
Located on a commercial complex in downtown Tiburon. Well lighted and ample parking both for cars and bikes.
I can't really give it a 4 stars; although my visits were pleasant, there wasn't anything pleasantly out of the ordinary.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - G T.Washington, DC018Apr 4, 2019
Truly -- truly -- the worst service of any bank on the planet. The service is so bad and so incompetent that it defies belief. Even the smallest most routine tasks require several visits to the bank. Incredible that this bank is still in business. Choose a different bank

I love this bank, friendly staff, they greet me as soon as I walk into the bank. Always quite and no line, so I get my biz down quickly.

After several screw-ups over the last few years today was the last straw. They lost my $8700 deposit of rent checks and claim that it will take at least 10 days to resolve it. How am I supossed to pay all my expenses on the building this month when the bank took the money out of my account? I will be moving my accounts and my strong suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this branch.

I opened an account at this branch 10 years ago when I moved to Tiburon. It was recommended to me by the merchants in the shopping center.
Gradually over the past ten years the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Now when I go in the bank, the staff oscillates between being overly friendly, 'can't- be-bothered' and pushy. The newer the hire and the younger they are, the worse is their attitude.
There are other banks in Tiburon. I recommend you try them first.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - L K.San Francisco, CA041Sep 27, 2016
I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 16 years and that is ending next week because of the customer "service" at this branch. I should have suspected when I opened a business checking account 3 years ago and the banker secretly tried to open a credit card in my business name. When I called him to complain - he called it a "system glitch". Yes, we all know what the "system glitch" is now. The men and women tellers are nice and seem to work really hard to get around idiotic and seemingly arbitrary rules - for example, I attempted to deposit a check into my business account that was above the "approval amount" for the local banker. He calls the regional manager and she also refused to accept the check. The local guy suggests that I get the check broken into smaller amounts and make the deposits over a couple of days. This is like amateur hour. Most recently I deposited a check - waited until it was marked "available funds" and go into the branch to transfer funds to pay a vendor BUT this time I am not allowed access to the "available" funds?? Despite having made this exact same transaction multiple times over the last three years. So I have to call my client and tell them that my bank of 16 years has suddenly decided to treat me like a criminal every time I try to conduct business through this hack branch. Embarrassing. As soon as all of my business clears through this account - I am moving on. Nice job guys! Bunch of rookies.
