Email sent to Welborn Floral on 4/23/22. No response from Welborn. I would not buy or do business with them again.
Hello. I am Tina Patton; my son purchased flowers for his date and himself for prom yesterday. I've never written an email like this but this was an upsetting experience.
I picked up the flowers around 9:30am and brought them straight home. He then took them to his girlfriend and we later met them at Smothers park for photos. We were about an hour, mostly in the shade.
The flowers were wilting before they could get to the grand march at 7:30. When I met with them just after the march they requested I take the flowers home, as they had wilted so much they looked foolish wearing them. One of the orchids had lost its petals, and all of the roses were drooping. I did not see any other attendees that had issues with wilting flowers, and I had seen many of them also at the park. In addition, the elastic for her corsage was so large I doubt she could have worn it as a garter. When we ordered I specified that she is a small girl.

Incredibly fast delivery and wonderful arrangement. We ordered flowers at the last minute, on the Welborn website. I crossed my fingers that in choosing that same day for the delivery, my family member would get the flower arrangement. Much to my relief, the flowers arrived within 2-3 hours after the order being placed. And they looked wonderful! Thank you Welborn Floral!

I sent an arrangement that I had purchased online to my girlfriend in Owensboro, KY. I am in Nashville, TN. Well, they delivered the arrangement, and she was thrilled... I went to visit her that weekend, and saw that they had delivered the mini-version of what I had ordered. She accused me of making a mistake until I pulled up the picture that accompanied my order, and she could plainly see that the two arrangements were not the same.

Flowers ordered more than two weeks in advance of Valentine's Day. The flowers were not delivered. I didn't receive any notice of late or non-delivery. Credit card was charged for purchase. Called several times and was told manager would call back. I never received a callback.

Ordered a bouquet online for our daughter as a good luck gesture for her new business location. Very disappointed! It looked nothing like the website photo. Not near as nice. See below. We will think again before ordering anything online from them in the future. You never know what you will get!

I ordered from Welborn's website the top photo and the bottom photo is what arrived. I was so disappointed and embarrassed with the arrangement that ended up at Aunt's funeral. I don't feel the arrangement that arrived was worth $190 I ended up paying. I will use another florist next time.

I walked it, told them exactly what I wanted and they made it on the spot. They took the time to let me know what they did and didn't have and introduced me to other flowers I had never seen. Even though I didn't choose them, it was nice to see new flowers. :]
They were patient with my needs, considering I had no idea what I wanted. I explained to them why I wanted the flowers and they really helped me out. It was a friendly environment and they explained each stem's price before I bought the bouquet. They did the decorations for my cousins wedding this last weekend. It was breath taking. Highly recommend. The Grant wedding decorations were spectacular . Well done !

I found out at the last minute that a family friend had passed. The visitation was the very next day and I was worried it would be too late to send the flowers I wanted. Jean at Welborn helped me get a perfect arrangement in a short amount of time. She even gave me some ideas for possible sentiments to write on the card. Local florists are known in the community and have a reputation to uphold, unlike online florists... you never know what will be delivered. I highly recommend Welborn Flowers.

I ordered flowers for a friend (mind you I live out of state) I wanted, gerber daisies, yellow roses and tulips. That all came but without the tulips without me being told. The arrangement she got didn't look appealing at all. I called to find out and the tulips apparently didn't look good for that day, so they replaced them with small white daisies. I called and spoke to the complaint person and she told me she would have a new arrangement made up. I did see this one beforehand. So they went to deliver them (and pick up the other one) but the recipient wasn't home. I then spoke to them and they said they would be home soon, told that to the store they said they would be there after 1pm, never showed up. They were told they needed to go to the store themselves to swap them out. I was just trying to do something nice for my friend and its been more of a headache.
