BEST GARAGE EVER !!!
Me and my best friend were driving from Montreal to New York, around 4 am we caught a flat in the middle of the Adirondack mountains. We caught a wood log and it destroyed our car. We thought everything was over. We drove to the garage that was 7 minutes away at 5:30 am. They were closed but they let us in with open arms. Replaced 4 of our tires, fed us coffee and cake and gave us a little lucky charm to hang in our car to make it to New York City. The service was impeccable. They were so quick and efficient and on top of it they were some of the sweetest people we've ever met.

Service manager Rich is super accommodating! Always working to fit the customer in. Very honest and that is IMHO a very important quality in a mechanic/repair shop! Prices are comparable to other shops but are a good value considering you are getting an honest and necessary repair service.

You don't really expect much from a tire store. Decent tires at a decent price that are installed properly and professionally. Warren Tire does this and more. They're very polite. The store is very very clean and you're always going to get more value for your money. I've been to many other tire store. But these guys are going to have my business for a long long time.

They don't try to upswell you on silly items. They stick to their quotes, and best of all, they're local. If you are in the capital District, i encourage you to take your business to Warren tire

Myself as well as 2 of my daughters have gone there with nothing but great service. Great people to deal with very friendly as we as accommodating. We recommend to all.

After the awful experience down the street with Monroe tire this place was an absolute treat. The manager was knowledgable, professional and really nice! He got me right in. They had great kids toys and a clean waiting area for me and my daughter and we were in and out in less than an hour on a day they were short staffed.

Happy New Year! I brought my vehicle to your East Greenbush shop on 12-29-17 to have a problem with the heat fixed and an oil change. I was told I needed a total engine replacement as the engine was full of sludge and would seize up. It was recommended that I have the car towed from East Greenbush to Glens Falls to have the motor replaced. Which would have been a phenomenal bill. No other options were suggested. I called a tow to bring the car to the Toyota dealership in Colonie, NY. The car started well, with no knocking or problems upon arrival. It sat for 3 evenings at below zero temperatures due to the holiday weekend. It was started this morning without problem. The oil was drained, strained, and changed without any adverse indications of improper maintenance, broken seals/gaskets. The heating issue was found and addressed.
This event points out either your employ of improperly trained tradesmen/ women, or dishonest sales/service technicians.
I work very hard for my compensation, as do most of everyone I know. I would hope that your business, and by reflection, your employees, would respect the fact that what is earned, is earned with honesty and respect, unlike the way I was treated at your East Greenbush branch. Both my parents and I have been loyal customers of this branch of your business since the 1980's. I am sorry to end that relationship. I hope you may remedy this dire situation in order to save what was once an honest business.

I have been a loyal customer with Warren Tire in East Greenbush, NY for the past 3 years. Up until now I have always been satisfied completely. Staff has always been courteous, helpful, as well as knowledgeable in products and services.

This past Tuesday July 7, 2015 I was there for my annual inspection. I brought their attention that my car was making a very strange noise I was very concerned about.

I have owned this car for 3 years. It only has less then 57,000 miles on it. I have been bringing my car to Warren Tire for regular oil changes, inspections, tires and rotations, alignments, etc. I take care of my vehicle and when I say something sounds or feels "not quite right" it has always been taken care of immediately.

I was repeatedly told the "rattle" I was hearing was my heat shield. I asked if it could be taken care of. My car was too new to sound so terrible. I was told that is was "no big deal." That it could "wait until my next oil change and they would remove it or replace it."

Three days later on my way home from work I hear metal hit the ground and I lose power steering. Luckily for me I am aware to stop immediately. I find the pulley to my water pump on the ground.

Upset, I call Warren Tire and express my frustration. Suddenly they act as if they do not know who I am. That I have no reason to be mad at them. You FAILED to listen. You REFUSED to entertain my concern. You FED me a lame explanation of what "YOU THINK" the noise was without inspecting. YOU DROVE MY CAR INTO THE BAY MAKING THIS HORRENDOUS NOISE AND CHOSE TO IGNORE IT. You left me STRANDED. All for $24.00

I have now paid to have the car towed twice. I refuse to let them work on it if they refuse to admit their wrong doing in ignoring my concern as a valued customer.

I am waiting to hear from Corporate Headquarters. They have a lot of explaining to do. And the staff member who hide from me, when I went to get my car needs to own up to their mistake. THE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT.

Warren Tire is an excellent place to go when you are in a bind. I went in to see if a tire could be repaired. It was freezing and definitely not an enjoyable time to be changing tires. The service at Warren was quick and they were able to fix the problem at no charge which certainly helped deal with the cold weather. The folks there were kind and courteous and I would definitely recommend stopping there for your tire related business!!!!

Friendly professional service, okay service though slow. I requested them to check my coolant, oil change, battery check and winter tire changeover and while it took them almost two hours to swap out the tires; brought in my own snows, they didn't accomplish the coolant or battery check. Fortunately I didn't get charged for the other items. Hoping that this was just a bad visit. Still need to get the other items checked.
