Walmart Supercenter

Come on Wal-Mart manager! Dinner breaks or not (at 5:30PM) you should have 2 "runners" in your layaway/site to store department at Christmas time! The attendant couldn't even tell me if it would more than 30 minutes... More than an hour(?). Really? All she could say is "I only have one runner". Come on, empower your folks to think for themselves! This store is a "hot wreck" in every sense of the phrase every time I come here. I understand the demographics of this community but have a little pride. Please make improvements on your scheduling and organization.

Horrible customer service. My mother was waiting in line for a check your self out and a employee asked her can I help you in a rude tone and she my mother said no I'm waiting in line and the employee rudely responded that other check your self outs are open and told her that she should learn to read. First of all what does reading have to do to see if a register is open? Also that is plain inappropriate. Just because someone doesn't see the line at first doesn't mean they can't read

My husband can't be happier-when we got to the checkout line, all of the self check machines were down, as were the other check out lines. Saved him $60. We just left the cart parked off the row.

Very big WallyWorld. Went grocery shopping and random items shopping as well. Very well stocked. Prices were awesome!! And no charge for the grocery bags which I was so happy for! Did enjoy using the self Serve check out twice that we went. The ladies were very friendly & funny! She kept eyeballing my ice cream I had forgotten and had ran back to get! Salted Caramel!!
Parking was full, both times. Not very lit. Had I been driving m, I'm sure I would've ran over some people! There should be more lights added to the parking lot. Also I was disturbed by the adults smoking cigarettes outside with a 2 month old baby.

If I could give this place a -10 I would.
They fired my tia because she was sick & couldn't go into work. How unprofessional is that. This place is very filthy, unsafe, unfit & just not recommended. Something must be done so it doesn't happen again to someone who is so kind and caring to all customers.

Not very knowledgeable staff. They don't know where to transfer calls for a super simple question. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and just gave up.

Like going there to get my meat, good selection and prices and almost always in stock compared to the family market down the street. Always out of paper towels in the bathroom though, could improve on that.

I went to this Walmart location tonight at 11:30 PM. I went for 1 thing ended up buying 4 things. Whey Protein, electric razor, ear cottons and floss. They had 4 cashiers open and I got great customer service, it took a minute for my order to rang up and bagged. I was greeted walking out and thanked. Great customer service!

Walmart, I am representing all the people who have feet that hurt like mine. Please don't close one of your doors. Your parking lot is to big to be closing a door. We had to walk all the way to the other door to walk all the way back where are car was. Please think about your customers, especially older customers and people in pain.

The bathrooms here smell and look like dirty rest stop on a bad part of the highway kinda bathrooms. I find this concerning because this isn't just some hardware, or garden supply store, it's a goddamn grocery store, we get food from there. If the cleanliness of the bathroom is any reflection on the standards of the management and staff then I would say that their probably falling down on other portions of the store too. Pick a different Walmart if your shopping for food...... is my opinion

This Walmart has horrible phone etiquette. Was on hold for 12 minutes before finally getting the answer I needed. The operator transferred me twice to the service desk where two people were working but no one wanted to pick up the phone. Then waited on hold for 6 minutes to for a manager to pick up the phone.
