Your standard Walmart. Nice hunting section but this is Tennessee so I'm thinking that's a given. Everyone was nice and I found some stuff here that my Walmart in Florida doesn't have. Parking was a bit rough because this place was busy, but that's normal for a Walmart.

Auto center review: simply tried to buy a new battery for car. Thin kid with a reddish beard was a smart ass twice when I inquired about the exact battery I was buying. Ended up with calling a manager who explained situation. Good price on the battery!!

Stopped by the Walmart yesterday to pick up a few necessities for the Rig. This Walmart was your average Walmart, although what DID make it better than average was the parking for Big Rigs. Anywhere that is easy in and out and has Big Rig parking is a bonus. They don't allow overnight parking for Rigs but you definitely can park to shop. As for the inside it was relatively clean and we were greeted with a smile from an employee. Some of the shelves needed to be stocked but I found everything I needed. I paid about 20$ more than I use to. I definitely can see a difference between now and a few years ago. Uugghh

James helped me purchase headphones in the electronics section and answered the questions I had. He was extremely kind and brightened up my day. I will certainly be coming back for any electronics thanks to James knowledge and relatability. Thanks again James

Well, the last two times I placed a pickup order it took an extra hour- this time I have been waiting two hours past my pick up time. Which is not acceptable when it takes me 45 minutes to get here and they don't notify me it will be late until after my assigned pick up time when I'm either already here or almost here. Well, three strikes and you're out. Wont come here again!

Customer service I was great, the electronics associate was attentive and kind. Definitely will come back.

Many of the items have no prices on them. I visited yesterday and not one register was open only self check out. I have a small baby and I had a buggy full of groceries. Five people were standing at the front chatting but not one on a register and I even asked if someone could check us out. I had a small baby who was sick with an ear infection and it took over twenty minutes to do it all myself. I will never use this Walmart again especially when my kid is with me.

This place is a sh*t show. If you want to call the Pharmacy and push option 1, plan on wasting minutes of your life you'll never get back. It won't connect you, or ring. It just does nothing.
So if you try to call the pharmacy number directly, it also won't ring or do anything.
So then you call the main number again and use option 0 for an associate. The phone rings and rings for about 5 minutes. Then someone picks it up and hangs up on you.
You try it again and again and the same thing happens. Then your blood starts boiling and you feel like you're going to explode.
After doing that for about 30 minutes you try yet another option.
You call and choose to talk to someone in electronics. And oddly enough, they answer!!!! By this time you're thinking you just got connected to the most important person in the world.
So you explain your frustration and ask that the please not hang up on you.
They kindly put you on hold and connect you to the front desk.
You talk to them and also plead with them not to hang up on you.
They hear my story and agree to walk over to the pharmacy and ask them to pick up my line.
After 10 mins they come back and say the pharmacy is too busy to take my call. So they take my number and say they'll call me back.
The associate also told me the main associate option phone has been broke for a while so the calls automatically go to apparel. And the highly educated people in apparel feel the correct way to deal with calls is to pick up the phone and hang it up.
Eventually the pharmacy calls me back and I get my question answered. Wheeeew!

I go there all the time and spend hundreds of dollars but I have had some bad experiences lately. About two weeks ago, I wanted to buy a camcorder they had on sale. I told the two guys at the electronic section and they said they would be right over. I waited almost an hour. Went back over the to electronics and neither of the two guys were even there.
Then just on Thursday, I needed to buy a microwave. I wanted the most expensive one. They had it on display but none boxed. I wanted to see if they had one in the back. I had them page for help. The same story. I waited and waited. I finally went to the service desk and all they said they could do was page them again. I had a full cart of food so I couldn't wait another hour. I bought a $60.00 piece of luggage a couple of weeks ago for my wife to fly to Denver.
While she was gone my credit card was lost and replaced by the bank.
The luggage completely fell apart from the airlines trip so I returned it today to walmart.
They asked for a receipt and I said I do not save receipts.
I was asked for the credit card which I no longer have but told them the last 4 digits of same.
I was told by Regina the store manager that she does not have time to go looking up my purchases of the last 2 weeks so the only thing she could do was to give me another set of the same junk luggage I was returning instead of a store credit.
I said that was completely unsatisfactory and that they coukld throw the luggage into the garbage where it belongs.
I will check to see if this is the normal return policy and the normal way they handle customer service.
I was thoroughly dissatisfied with Regina the store manager and will also let their corporate know and all of their social media.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
