Walmart Supercenter

This review is a reflection of the auto center dept. In particular about the Service manager on duty on at 8:am on Sunday 4/18/21. I arrived at the location at 7:30 there was only 1 car in the parking lot I drove up to the service bay 1. To Wait to be admitted into the service area. No one was allowed in as it was still early. Other cars started to arrive as it got closer to opening time.The patron from the car originally in the lot went in first to the counter which was right as he was in the lot before me. The manager asked for the next person. Which was me I told him I needed my free tire rotation. He asked me did I need them done quickly I told him yes if possible. He replied "You'll have to wait awhile because all these people were here before you!" " You are mistaken" I explained to him I was first at the bay door there were no other cars in the lot except for 1 when I arrived at 7:30. How could this be ? He just starred and said I had to wait. Either he doesn't want to Honor the free tire service or was only interested in money Generating transactions for the day...This is the 2 time I've had to deal with this individual at this store and it's never pleasant. He should have all the facts before he speaks and should be man enough to admit if he's wrong. A POOR REPRESNTAION WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will travel to Walmart in Lexington 40 miles away or pay at the local tire shop for rotation instead of dealing with this Ignorant individual again.

Worse Walmart I have ever been to. They have the entrance and exit seperated. So I park the car in the handicapped spot I get out and someone left a motorized cart. So I took the cart in the exit by mistake. I thought I was doing someone a favor by taking it back into the store. I said I was sorry for making the mistake. The guy counting people going in and out of the store looks at me and shakes his head. I said too him is their a problem he say's yeah people like you make me sick. Okay then it's time for me to find a manager. I talk to manager melissa they said they were sorry. Michael the regular manager was not there. We will see what get's done. Oh I was wearing a mask and gloves. Store # 00738. phone# 731-584-4445. This happened on 5/6/2020.

Went to get 2 tires put on my car because the Walmart in Camden turned me away? 2 weeks ago I went to Walmart in Camden Tn to get 2 tires they did not have them, the Manager told me to order them on line and
Have them shipped to the store, he also said I guarantee they are cheaper, went to order on line and could not get them. I went to Walmart in Lexington and they put them on, although the wait was over 2 hours they where polite , nice as well as very busy. Peggy was very polite.
Went back to Walmart in Camden since it is closer to my home to have the other 2 tires put on they had them in stock this time I was turned away by the same manager again because he states company policy is you can not just get 2 tires not to mention everyone was just standing around doing nothing he actually argued with my husband. I traveled back to Walmart in Lexington to get the other 2 tires and had absolutely no problem. I hope someone in corporate see's my review and addresses this, all the manager needed to do was have a disclaimer signed I was told, he is ver unprofessional and argumentative, obviously doesn't care about customers and is very quick to turn away business. Definitely not someone who should be representing Walmart. The only reason i Gave it 1 star was because I didn't get a choice for 1/2 star.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite place to go in Camden. It has everything in the world - dinner, clothes, hunting gear, worms/crickets/bait, toys, shaving cream, engagement rings - without the crowd and in one stop! I know it is a chain but it is so unlike any other Walmart I've ever been to and it is just so exciting that Camden finally got something like this so I don't have to drive to the county over (or bring the whole world with me every time I go to the lake).
