Walmart Supercenter

The store is ok. Just suffers from a bad layout. For the numbers of people that pass threw the front end gets crowded. Even with most of the checkouts and self checks open, the lines were long. The in-stock looked good, so you should be able to find what you need. Just be ready to spend more time in line then you do shopping.

I just had the worst, of the worst grocery delivery experience ever!!! I am a Walmart Plus customer. I've been ordering online so many things and just in this last year I've been ordering groceries for pick-up? Today was my first Delivery of groceries experience and as I stated earlier, to say it nicely..(It was not good)
I chose the 10-11am time-frame for this morning and ended up calling in to get an update 4 times.
Last call the Rep told me up to 10pm! So, I lost a whole day waiting for nothing, and Sat. & Sun.s are my days to do important errands, etc. On top of that, they're soliciting me on their App to join their $19.99 monthly for free grocery Delivery? Haha, think again!I lodged a complaint to a Supervisor. God knows if he will pass it on, or not? Shame on you, Walmart! Get your act together and stop offering services you cannot uphold!

I'll give this store a ZERO stars if i could! Worst customer service! 04/25/2024 between around 9pm the girl stationed at the self - checkout is rude! I understand her job sucks but could've been a lot nicer to people redirecting where to go! VERY LONG LINES AND ONLY 2 checkouts with cashiers are only open most of the time! ( also 90% of the time we were in line, there was only one check lane opened )

Located next to Sam's Club in Las Vegas, this has all you need for your stay in Vegas. However it is not within walking distance, so you have to Uber or taxi here.

Stopped in here yesterday because I needed a hoodie since it had started to get windy/chilly. There really wasn't too many good options for a plain hoodie. Lots of cool jackets and shirts, but lame options for hoodies. I finally found a good one after 15 minutes of looking. After that I picked up a bag of chips and I was out.
This Walmart is super huge and it's kind of hard to navigate. I got lost in there a couple times lol. But overall, it's clean and nice!

Had the Walmart+ registers worked, the rating would be higher. The staff trying to guide people were nice and apologized for the register failures.

What a joke this place is. They need a reset. The manager Aaron is rude, condescending, and overall unhelpful. Seems his employees have also adopted this attitude. Not a friendly one in the bunch. Will shop elsewhere.

Everything!!! I've been in walmarts across the country all the way to Georgia. This is one of the worst I have ever shopped at. Omg never enough help stock is all over, messy,dirty and disgusting. You can never find help. The registers suck and are always working half ass. Rude staff and so crowded you have to wait in line forever and the produce is nasty and not very fresh. This is a terrible terrible place to shop. I can't believe how nasty this store is!!! I will not go back. They don't have Apple Pay and you have to use a physical card unlike Every other place I shop. It's insane!! Worst Walmart I've ever seen!! Just nasty

L service was great, people were friendly, and very helpful. Purchased 55 inch TV, a mattress plus a microwave. Employees help me to deliver this to my car and packed up the back of my car.

The worst Walmart in the country! I travel for my job and the first thing I do when I arrive in the city is order my groceries and supplies for the week, which I did at this store. The app said they were "preparing" my order so I headed out to pick it up. I was afraid to sit in the parking lot because there were pan handlers approaching people. So I went into the store and told the security officer about this. She got onto a "handicap" scooter and drove away into the store (WOW-could care less about the safety of the customers.)

After waiting for an hour, I drove around back to pick up my order, (just to see what was going on) and the customer representative said she did not even have an order for me (even though I showed her the app with my name and the order number.) She also told me "they were done" with the orders for tonight, to come back tomorrow (which I could not do because I was working).

I went to speak to the manager and she could not care less. Told me to contact corporate. Again, WOW! Such pathetic people from the management to the staff. The only person who was pleasant was the greeter.

I would NOT shop there again and I would warn anyone NOT to shop there unless you want to be rudely treated.
