Wally Jasek - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office is clueless. I switched my insurance over from Farmers to State Farm because SF had a lower rate, except the dingbats in the office never submitted my paperwork properly. Six weeks later I'm getting threatening notices from my mortgage company that I have ZERO insurance on my primary home and a rental property. The local agent said it's the HQ's program, so I called the Bloomington office, who of course won't talk with me because the business should have been handled through an agent. !@#$

For the record, I've never met this Wally guy, just two disgruntled assistants who I wouldn't trust with a fast food order.

If you're looking for a State Farm agent, go down the street, or do what I eventually did - switch to Liberty Mutual.

This office is terrible. I paid cash at the office and State Farm never received payment. I went to the office with my receipt and Tricia Regan said it was taken care of. So 4 months later I get no renewal in the mail, so I call State Farm and they said my policy was cancelled 4 months earlier. Tricia Regan is rude and a liar. She screwed up my car policies and took my money. Real nice to find out at the end of January that you auto policy was cancelled in September and you were driving with no insurance, glad I kept the receipt. My new State Farm agent took care of everything and knows what he is doing.

I have never actually spoken to Wally, but his assistant is horrible. They cancelled my policy without telling us after I had called to update my payment information. We didn't complete the process- we didn't know that we hadn't. No one called. No one told us anything. I called to get an updated card and had been dropped. They do not care about retaining their clients. They are rude when you call (every time- even when I was a paying customer). Horrible experience. I know other State Farm agents are fine- we used them previously, but this office is not good.
