Wish I could give a 0. Never enough staff is just the beginning. After spending time in the ER with a very painful injury my scripts were, UNFORTUNATELY, sent to this pharmacy. After a rude and argumentative phone confrontation with counter staff who insisted that I needed "another number" from my Insurance card in order to process, I called the insurer only to be assured that I did NOT need the number requested. I tried again, this time speaking with the pharmacist, who also insisted that it "must be smudged" (it's a brand new card!) and refused to proceed unless I brought my card in person! I took my card to the Rite Aid across the road and asked the kind pharmacist to transfer my prescriptions, which he did promptly and with confusion as to why there was an issue.
The debacle with Walgreens took over an hour of phone calls, including long waits on hold. My interaction with Rite Aid took less than 10 minutes. My family and I are DONE with this store and it's incompetent staff.

It should not be this difficult and stressful to get medications in AMERICA!! Not this locations fault but the fault of the system WE allow to operate in our country. We can and must do better!

Horrible lines at the pharmacy! I waited 45 minutes at the drive through window while they serviced all of the customers inside first. I've never experienced service as bad as this Walgreens pharmacy.

Horrible Walgreens location- dirty, outdated, long lines at the pharmacy and parking is a mess. Hoping this place is on its last legs and will make way for a new store to take its place

I don't think this actually exists. If it does it's not where it's marked on the map. There is a Walgreens about a half mile further down the road, so maybe that was where it was and it changed hands?

Bran Mawr Walgreen (Wilmington, DE) pharmacy employees are very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. But starting today (2/4/20), I'll pay a few extra dollars to use the mail order service instead. Why? Because when there are just three people in the Pharmacy line - let alone 5 or 6, which is not unusual - the wait can be 30 minutes or more. For reasons possibly related to insurance or computer issues, one customer can spend 10 minutes or more trying to straighten out something.

Then there are the victims of chit chat chat-itis who feel compelled to talk, talk, talk about whatever - maybe related to pharmaceutical themes, maybe not. Talk, talk, talk means (for others wasting time) wait, wait, wait. This has occurred the last four times I used Walgreens, so except for an emergency, such as the need for pain killers after falling off a jagged mountain peak, I'll stick with mail order.

Wow - there are still a few Happy Harry's left in business. Just the name makes me a little nostalgic. Basically this is like a Rite-Aid or Thrift Drug - sundries, magazines, cosmetics and a pharmacy counter.

Not bad! Very good for cheap school supplies, too.

dirty filthy store the floors have not been mopped in over 2 years of my going there. and if they have a spill they clean it up with a dirty mop & dirty water. if this is what the public area is like whats the other areas like.

Horrible photo service...both machines not working...and a week before Christmas..I guess they never heard of people giving framed photos as gifts......I also ordered a photo mug over a year ago and have never been called to pick it up..you people suck..

This place is like a SUPER Walgreens, its HUGE. They have pretty much anything and everything you could need. Only give it 4 stars because this place, like the shopping center its in, are a bit dated. I go here 1-2 times a month.
