Waggin' Tails Boarding Kennels

One of the worst experiences I have ever had boarding dogs. I was treated so incredibly rudely by the owner.

My family has kept our dogs here several times (we have 3) and the last time they were there for almost a week. I went to pick them up for my parents, not knowing how many total nights they had been there or to double-check the cost. We were overcharged quite a bit (we picked up the dogs earlier than originally scheduled and were charged for the full length of time). When my mother called to talk to the owner about it, he made rude comments about me and questioned my intelligence, and proceeded to cancel all our future reservations.

My family has spent a lot of money at this business and we are appalled. This may be one of the only kennels Longview has to offer, but in my opinion you are much better off leaving your pups with some of the vets in town. Unbelievably rude, and we were overcharged.
