I had the pleasure of having Rachelle cut/style my hair the past couple of times. I usually go to a different styling salon, close to my job. But the last couple months I have been having to go to this establishment , due to close proximity to my home, which I am glad I made this decision. Rachelle didn't rush the haircut like most places, she didn't have to ask me multiple times what I needed to get done, and didn't talk my ear off with mindless dribble. Since it was close to Thanksgiving, we talked about what we were each making for Thanksgiving dinner, and I even gave her a couple of tips on her Pecan Pie recipe. I will keep going back to this salon/location, as long as Rachelle is still there. If your looking for a good haircut, ask for Rachelle.

Under $16 for a women's haircut. Unbeatable price. Did a walk in @ 10:20 but the hairdresser (Cheyenne I think her name was - there was only one worker there that day) couldn't take me until 10:45. I returned at 10:45 but she ran behind so she didn't take me until 11:20. The space is spacious and they have tons of hair products for sale (2 for $42 for Redken) & 20% off Paul Mitchell. Rock music played during my session (Hozier, Bad Religion, Fall Out Boy). I got an a-line bob and cut off about 10 inches of hair. The haircut took about 10 -15 minutes (fAstest haircut I've ever received). I liked how she asked if I wanted an a line cut after I requested a bob because she said many people want a Line even though they request bobs. I wanted something in between. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I also got some long layers put in. I didn't like how she used the teethed shears but for $16 what more can you expect!

The stylists here are always helpful and attentive to my requests. Great color and haircuts! Last time I stopped in, they offered to wax my eyebrows! I didnt even know they did that! Fantastic service!

Kris gave me a bald spot in the back of my head and didn't even tell me about it. The girl working tonight said she wasn't comfortable fixing my hair and to come back tomorrow. Wtf???

The store was clean and orderly. The stylist that cut my hair was friendly and picked up immediately that I did not want to engage in small talk and was politely quite (which NEVER happens). My haircut was probably one of the quickest and best I have had in a long time and I am now going to frequent this place regularly.

I went in a few weeks ago, I've been there many times for a haircut. I sit down and I'm going from very long, to a shoulder length Asymmetrical haircut, well I was already nervous and when she asked if I wanted stacked layers, I very clearly said NO that I didnt. Well. I get home, straighten my hair, and not only is the front uneven, And I mean an inch off in the front, BUT the back was also uneven and had stacked layers. Basically when pulled back (because honestly, I cant straighten my hair to look normal or how it should) it looks like i had my hair in a ponytail and just chopped it off. Unacceptable, considered going back to fix it but I didnt want this girl coming close to my head with sheers again. DONT GO TO ROZ!

I wish I could no star this place. Worse haircut I have gotten in my life. Messed up my haircut 4 times in one day and left me with a two inch difference in the front of my hair. No exaggeration. Fuck this place.

I am new to Colorado and wasn't sure what to expect. When I went in I was immediately greeted by Jennifer and taken to her chair. I showed her a picture of
what I would like and we discussed the cut a bit. She not only gave me the exact cut
I wanted but she was very pleasant and had a great conversation. I will definitely be
going back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - A J.Raleigh, NC25773Apr 29, 2009
I wanted a trim. Nothing extreme, just a trim. I have chin-length, naturally wavy, but fine hair. I walked in at 6:05pm. There was only 1 stylist working. She said only a 15 minute wait. No problem, so I wait. Thirty minutes later I am seated. She sprays down my hair and starts chopping. I'm in and out of the chair within 12 minutes. I get home, jump in the shower, wash my hair, rinse, yada, yada, yada. As I am trying to style to my hair reality sets in....my hair is jacked!! There is no hope. Well, it's only about 7:15 by this time, I can run back over there by 8:00 easily and get her to straighten it out. So, in my car I go. Boom, I'm there in a jiffy. I walk in and she says - "It'll be 15 minutes...oh, you were yesterday? Umm, no! I was here about an hour ago. Can you work on my hair a little more and straighten it out for me?" She says sure. 15 minutes come and go.....tick, tock, tick, tock. The phone rings, she tells the person the wait is only 15 minutes. I think they are trained to say 15 minutes to everyone. Anyway, I am finally seated again. This time she cuts my hair dry. It does end up looking better than before. Same routine once again, I go home, shower, wash my hair, rinse...you know the drill. I'm starving by this point. It's after 8pm and I'm not even worrying about my hair. I mean, I went back a 2nd time, she "fixed" it and it has to be better, right? I eat dinner. Relax a bit. Then head to the bathroom to pull out the heavy artillery - flat iron time! HA!!! Not even my flat iron does the trick. I'm thinking, maybe it's time for a new flat iron. Mine is about 2 yrs old. I venture to Walgreens at 10:20pm to purchase a new flat iron because of course there is just no way my 2nd new haircut today can be worse than the 1st! It just must be my old, worn out flat iron. Boy, was I wrong!! After breaking in my brand-new flat iron I see my locks are still jagged, uneven and basically a HOT mess!!! Needless to say, I am going back first thing in the morning and asking for a refund. Please ladies, for love of Pete - DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT put your hair in the hands of SuperCuts!!!! I will, however, try my luck a few doors down at Head to Toe Salon. Wish me luck!!
