I got turned away at 4:45pm. They close at 5pm. I've been coming here for years and even drive from Long Beach to get my oil change. Not a problem - I can just go to the spot closer to my house. Peace out

If you're pressed for cash and time this is the place to go. Quick and efficient oil changes, was in and out of the place before I could even finish watching a few YouTube clips. What you ask for is what you get and don't pressure you into any marketing tactics.

I've been coming here now for the last 10 years. These people have kept all of my car is running clean and kept me on the road with no issues. Whether it was oil changes, tranny fluid changes, air filters, anything they've got me covered

Same thing as yelp said. Came in with a car that's had no issues and now I've been told that I have an oil leak. It's the same exact story other costumers have.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have had the same occurrence with this establishment. I took my 4 runner with a fresh motor there to have a oil change They changed the oil yes but then told me oh it's a leaker it didn't leak before I took it there. So now I took another car that I parked on a concrete driveway and a concrete pad at work every day And never one drop of oil leak Took It's a to get an oil change and just because they said it's a leaker they cover their a** but it wasn't the truth. I sold the 1st car for way less than I paid for the motor to be rebuilt Thinking they didn't do it right now I think it was because this company doesn't know what the h*** they're doing do not take your car here. Bunch of bafoons

First time coming here and definitely will be going back. Greeted immediately upon arrival and provide quotes and their services.

Provided fast service and oil change was done in no time. No hassle or pressure about their services.

I have been taking my two cars here frequently for regular oil change and maintenance and it's been a good run with them because I always get my discount being a frequent or prepared customer but recently one of the team manager that calling the shots there it's giving me a hard time and not really appreciating my business that I've been bringing them. Record show that I brought them including friends and relatives. As a regular Customer, I automatically would get my occasional 15% discount for just to back for another oil change but this time. They asking me if I was able to bring my poster card that they mailed to me which I forgot to bring it to me on time of my services. I don't wanna go here anymore and I would like to tell anyone it's not worth and doesn't appreciate stable business opportunities for being rude to a regular customer like me.

Well not here!

I came in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by a friendly technician. He asked me what oil I wanted and proceeded to tell me to wait in the lobby as he will most likely be done in 15-20 minutes.

About 10 minutes later, the technician comes back with my air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. I said no and that was that! NOT ONCE did I feel pressured to get them changed. They didn't ask me twice when I refused, which was a nice change and definitely helped eliminate the anxiety of going to get my car serviced.

He then came back about 5 minutes later and told me the car was done! He gave me a run down of their 10 point inspection and gave me recommendations for next time. Again, NOT ONCE did he pressure me into doing anything recommended. Then, he rang me up quickly and I was out the door in about 20 minutes!
He also said I would get 15% off my next service with them as well and 10% off if I decide to come back for any of the recommendations.

Honestly, hands down the BEST experience I have had with any service dealership. I will most definitely come back again and tell everyone I know about it.
