Russ A.Boston, MA314063Feb 19, 2024What we ordered and what we received was not acceptable. I spent hours reviewing arrangements with a dozen other people from several different florists. We decided to go with Accents Flowers and Gifts. What they delivered looks nothing like what is on their direct website. I am providing a review of three stars because the flowers were delivered to the proper location, and they were delivered before the funeral service.

I will make sure to tell anyone that asks that picking wild flowers on the side of the road would be the better alternative than ordering from them. At least you'll know they'll be fresh, delivered on time, what you wanted & without the unnecessary drama that this little privately owned business will surely bring!
Also if you order from 1-800-FLOWERS or From You Flowers make sure Marla (the owner) of this "establishment" is not the one delivering them! Please take my advice & save yourself the hassle!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
