I am so happy that a friend of the family recommended VOIGNIER'S after I moved to Louisville. I have a Lincoln that can be a bit fussy and a pain to work on. I LOOKED everywhere and spoke with a millions people. I was told to talk to TIM. Tim (owner/Mgr) was absolutely fantastic. He kept in touch and was super communicative the whole time. They work quickly - even with electrical issues!! Yes, I said the dreaded electrical word. They are fantastic! They also repaired my A/C which is one of the things they are known for. It's hard to find good A/C people! I've never been happier. As an ex-shop owner who is super picky - I am thrilled and will use them exclusively. They are great at what they do, honorable & an absolute pleasure to work. They will not add to work, & there are no up-sells. By the way, my cost of my numerous services were VERY reasonable - after all they have to make a living. Make sure to say hello to the wonderful Amanda in the office!

I took my truck to Voignier's to have the AC repaired. I had an 8am appointment and when I took it in at 8:00, I asked if it would be looked at that morning. She said she couldn't guarantee it would be that morning, but they should get to it that day. Admittedly, I was a little discouraged with the response since I had made an appointment a couple days prior but later realized they were under-promising to set up an over-delivery! An hour and a half later Tim was calling me to tell me what the problem was with the repair cost. By early afternoon, I had a new condenser installed and was picking my truck back up. Tim reminded me twice about warranting the part for 12 months or 12k miles and was very straightforward. Great work, ice-cold-air, and at a price that was surprisingly fair. Thank you!

I'm in town on vacation, but I grew up in Jeff so I knew of the reputation of the shop. I walked in on Thursday explained I was going out of town they said they would work me in as soon as they could, and it was done that day. I was so very happy pleased and surprised they got to me so quick. The value was great reasonably priced and all around great experience. Highly recommend, but make an appointment

Great service. Got our car in right away for an a/c fix! Fast turnaround great communication. Be prepared with cash or check. Credit card has 3% added for admin fees.

They always do excellent work at fair prices. Will not gouge a customer with unnecessary repairs and will let you know if something is a must do or can let it go for a while longer. Tim cares about his customers.

$95 for a scan of what's wrong (which can be done for FREE at many auto stores). Nothing mentioned before & paper not signed, yet still expected to pay this fee. Scam.

Voignier's is located in Jeffersonville, IN on Dutchmans Lane just south of Hamburg Pike. Voignier's does oil changes, tuneups, brake, electrical, exhausts, air conditioning, radiator, and steering repairs. I would recommend making a reservation a day or two before the repair. The shop is very clean, so when you pick your vehicle it is not smudged with grease and oil. I have a truck over 30 years old, so it needs attention from time to time. Voignier's always gets the truck repaired and back to original condition. The prices are fair and they get the repairs done timely. The owner, office manager, and mechanics are all friendly and helpful to get your vehicle in running condition and back to you. They also service foreign cars. Try Voignier's the next time you need auto repair.

I broke down(2004 White GMC Yukon) and was towed to Voignier's Auto Repair late at nite in January,2015. I was traveling to Florida from Michigan when my Alternator went out at 12:45 AM. The tow truck driver was great and suggested Voignier's(who I believe are close/right next door to the Tow Truck company). I received a call first thing the next morning with an analysis of the problem and they proceeded to have my truck ready to go by Noon. I got a sense of trustworthiness and a genuine attempt to fix my truck.They showed a sensitivity to knowing I wasn't from the area,and that I needed my truck asap. No games,no shenanigans. They didn't know me from Adam,but they treated me fairly and seemingly in the same manner as if I was a local customer.
It was a great customer experience. The Lady in the office was very nice,I even got a Voignier's calendar out of the deal.:-) I've mean't to send this in long ago,so I apologize. Alternator working great!!! My Guy back home said everything looked good. Thank you again,Voignier's!!!!

So my experience with these guys was very pleasant. I dropped the car off for a few minor repairs (the GF was out of town so I had another car). Since it was just me, they gave me a lift back to the house (not a typical service offered, but was nice of them). Every step of the process they called me to let me know what was going on (good news or bad). They kept me informed, didn't make any repairs without my go ahead. These guys even fixed a loose door panel that had been driving me crazy, that wasn't on my repair list. All in all, I would highly recommend them!
