We are not your ordinary Auto Body Repair Shop. We have been family owned and operated for 30 years in the Covina, CA area. We take care of our customers, starting with the accident itself. We offer towing to our Auto Body Shop with no cost to you and even help call and file the insurance claims right there in our office. We always keep our customers informed during the repair process as well as no vehicle gets delivered without a final quality check by the customer. Update-- nearly a month after all the rain, the craftsmanship, and color is still good as new!
I Recommend VMS for all your auto collision repair needs. The staff will keep continuous communication via text and phone calls about vehicle, insurance, rental, etc updates.
My customer service experience with the manager (Kevin) was superb. The staff (Sally and Vicky) were friendly, professional, and respectful.

Jason M.Palmdale, CA643710Dec 29, 2023The 57 freeway is a disaster! A piece of road debris was kicked up and broke through the front grill on my Mercedes Benz. I stopped by to see Kevin at VMS and he got me squared away.
I walked in, without an appointment, on a Thursday and the parts were ordered and installed the next day (less than a half hour!). I hope I don't need more unexpected repairs, but if I do I will be back.

I brought in my car after someone scraped my car in a parking lot. At first I was going to pay out of pocket, but then Rick went above and beyond to investigate further. After we spoke I realized I had collision insurance that should take care of it. I made one call to my carrier, gave Rick the claim number, and the rest was taken care of. They were able to get me a rental and even took care of the drop off as well. Can't recommend them enough. I'm hoping I never get into an accident, but if I do I know who to call.

VMS did an outstanding job on touching up my bumper after a few scratches. They were communicative, fast, and efficient throughout the entire process. They even have a drop-off key box for those who work early in the morning (like I do) and touched up a spot I didn't even notice!! They have real attention to detail! I highly recommend them!!

They did such a great job. They even cleaned my fogged up headlights, vacuumed, and polished my car! It looks so nice and I really appreciate VMS for doing that for me!!!

Kevin and vicky were updating me the whole time my car was in there and their team did a great job!! I was worried about the color matching but they did great on that too :D And they gave me an original Honda bumper replacement! Thanks kevin!!!
