My family has been Dr Sun's patients for a long time prior to him moving his office to current location in Westlake Village.
When you enter Dr. Sun's modern, dental office, you will be welcome by many friendly staffers. Scheduling and payments are as easy as an A, B, C, and if you have questions, you may call Alexa (real-live & not Amazon digital assistant) for the answers.
Dr Sun is very cognizant and patient (pun intended) with his many patients. His explanation of technique and operations are in layman's terms for ease of understanding; his recommendations, and corrective repairs are very professional, almost painless, & long lasting.
One thing I like most is flex scheduling -- if requested, the front desk will call you if the date & time you wanted become available in their scheduling system.

My two kids (11yo and 13 yo) visited Dr. Benjamin Sun's dentist office for the first time based on referral. We initially hesitated because the kids grew up with "Oak Park Dentistry for Children" and were reluctant to change. However, my wife and I wanted to try a new dentist for our growing kids, that was affordable and had better schedule access/flexibility.

The kids loved their experience with Dr. Sun! He is extremely friendly with kids and his personality shines by making them feel comfortable. The office is very modern and bright. The entire staff was super helpful and greeted us with warm smiles. We didn't have to wait very long at all, which was very refreshing! As a parent, I was thrilled to get into Dr. Sun's schedule within a week and when I saw the bill, it was very reasonable and we were not sold on any additional services not needed. Dr. Sun is humble, honest, and has a patient-centric mindset. I believe his entire trained staff also reflects those similar values. My wife and I were very pleased with his service, because the kids expressed they want to come back to Dr. Sun! The kids are happy to make the change to Dr. Sun's office. Best dentist ever! Dr. Sun saw my dad after a not so great visit with a different dentist. Front office staff is super helpful, sweet, and extremely welcoming. The office was modern and functional, everything was very intentionally placed. The doctor was highly educated and he was fast and efficient. My dad was seated early and the doctor was right on time. Super conservative and honest, he won't say you have all these problems so he can take your money (like my other dentist ). Very trusting. If you go anywhere, go to Dr. Sun!

Very good dentist and nice staff! Excellent care and very clean. Dr sun is very knowledgeable and through. I am happy to have found a great dentist after my previous dentist passed away.

Great place! Ive always been anxious seeing the dentist but the staff and Dr.Sun is the best. He is all about keeping your teeth cleaned from getting fills and doesn't use any tools to dig in your teeth. There are a lot of dentists out there scamming people for fills- love that DrSun is NOT like that at all! They are all friendly and very welcoming! Rebecca is amazing and makes me feel super comfortable while she cleans my teeth! They also have screens on top so as youre getting your teeth cleaned, you get to watch some tv and get distracte! Highly recommend this place! Definitely worth it!

This is the best dentist office around! They are so truthful and reasonable. I never feel pushed into things. I even told them I wanted to do Zoom and they explained that because my teeth undertone it most likely wouldn't do anything, instead of taking my money, but I did it anyways! I did not get a cleaning for about 2 years, they could have easily said I had a bunch of cavities, but they didn't! The front desk girls are even super nice, which is very rare in a dentist/doctors office. I would honestly recommend Dr. Ben to anyone and everyone. If you live far, it's worth the drive!

Professional, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable staff! Newly renovated facility with tv screen on the ceiling, nice touch! They also do zoom whitening, it's awesome. Highly recommend

We had to change to HMO coverage and didn't have a good feeling about the new dentist. Ben kindly offered a 2nd opinion on the suggested treatment plan. We appreciate his integrity and the helpful staff!

Dr. Ben is amazing! I might be biased as a fellow Bruin, but my teeth speak the truth. During my childhood I had an unpleasant experience with dentists, it wasn't until my own sister (Dr. Ben's colleague) became a dentist. Since my sister practices in NorCal she referred me to Dr. Ben knowing my troubles. Now, I happily visit the office, my teeth receive excellent treatment and care and I rest easy knowing a knowledgeable and capable team is by my side. The office is super clean, and they truly go out of their way to keep patients safe, especially during the pandemic. I give Dr. Ben and his entire team 5 stars.

Have trusting Dr. Sun and his dental hygienist team with my oral health for years, his entire staff from the gals at the front desk to himself and the hygienists are excellent. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Sierra my hygienist today was excellent and her attention to detail was very much appreciated, I drive from LA bc I love this dentist so much
