Found a new eye doctor in town. This is the oilfield. I had an emergency meeting the morning of my eye appointment and had to cancel. Vision tried to charge me $50. Nope. A place that overcharges for glasses, contacts and exams. And when they do have exams. The doctor makes you wait 45 min to see him and then he only see's you for 5 minutes. They are doing everything they can to take the most amount of money from its customers as possible. Bye

I've been to Vision Health Specialties for several years and have had great service with everything. Recently I spoke to Crystal in the Eye Wear Boutique and she helped me understand the difference in progressive lenses vs bifocals. I recommend Vision Health Specialties!

My husband had a complete eye exam here and they wrote a prescription for new glasses. He went to the in store eye glass store. Two weeks later he went to pick up his glasses and the bifocal line was to high. They said they would send them back. Two weeks later they forgot to put the tint on. Send them back again. When he got them back for the third time he cannot see clearly through them. This place is a total ripoff. You get better service at the mall.

NARIAH I really hope your superiors see this complaint. There isn't enough space on this box to write how unprofessional and snobby you are! You really needs to consider another job that has ZERO contact with customers, because your customer service was extremely bad! I highly recommend that she goes into an extensive training course on how to treat other customers. I hope they have cameras inside the facility so they can see how snobby and sarcastic she was being. VISION HEALTH SPECIALTIES PLEASE WRITE HER UP AND TRAIN HER TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND TREAT OTHERS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE A REFLECTION OF YOUR BUSINESS! PLEASE DON'T LET ONE BAD APPLE RUIN THE WHOLE BASKET! That being said the rest of the staff up front deserve a raise! They were so professional and talked to me with care and they realized the situation and saw how she was acting towards me and took care of me! Those girls gave me the absolute best customer service I have ever had unlike NARIAH! Please make this right i will change my review tona 5 star when she gets released from that job or at least an apology letter from NARIAH. Again the other staff especially the front ladies were very professional and deserve recognition for treating me extremely nice and helping me out! This happened today February 17 2023!

After one eye exam where I could not see through my glasses they gave me another. This time the doctor came up with a way different prescription. They did offer me a free pair of lenses. However this time I can't see nothing. The first prescription is way better even though is not great. So at this point I have waisted over $400 and can't see out of the glasses. I am really disappointed in these people. I thought after speaking with Karen they were going to provide me a great service and make sure I could see out of my glasses. Just glad I did not become involved in an accident or something due to them fact that the prescription by the doctor and the glasses they had made did not allow me to see correctly

was told exam would be $125 before insurance, although I did not expect it to be a lot less than $125. However I paid $178. They would not answer my text as to why they quoted me $125 but charged me $178.

Probably the worst vision care shop in the area. Do yourself a favor and use another shop. Rude doctor who treated my dad and also got the prescription wrong.

The lady that works in the back, at the contact lens station, has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She got back with me promptly when I had a question and she went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and my order was placed as soon as possible. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Vision Health Specialties!!

I've been going here for quite a few years, 22 I think. Dr. Cook is very good and efficient. He tells it like it is. His assistant Jazz is a very nice and pleasant

We were called back within 5 minutes of our appointment! That should be all I have to say. But they were also very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Even the lady at the front desk was friendly and that's not very common. I highly recommend this facility. I took my son and he had a good experience.
