Visible Changes

15 years ago, I came to this location for the first time and left looking like Diana Ross had done my hair on an extremely humid day. I was so traumatized that I never returned and started going to the Visible Changes @Deerbrook and Almeda Mall.

Since I work right down the street, I decided it would make sense to try this place out again and see if I could start saving on gas.

Mandy did my hair and I loved it. I loved t so much that she did it for my birthday as well. I have become a regular there and ask for Ana, Mandy, and Rosa because they're all great.

I am so glad that I've finally found a place much closer because I used up sooo much money on gas and the toll road to get to my other favorite Visible Changes.

There will forever be a place in my heart for the Almeda location, but a girl's gotta save money somehow.

I've gone in many times and usually my cuts are great. My friend always has her haircuts messed up and has to return multiple times until it is fixed. She is no longer a customer and neither am I. I explained to my stylist that I was attached to my lower back length hair. I told her I wanted layers starting at shoulder length. When she finished the cut all my hair was shoulder length. She explained it was longer t just looked shorter because she curled it. Itd be longer when I washed it. Not true. I went home and washed it and it's still shoulder length. I've been crying for days. This is the worst haircut I've ever had. My hair is my crowning glory and she took that away from me.

I came in for a haircut (male) and I requested Daniella since by brother recommended me her. She did a great job on my haircut and was quick and was really friendly. You can tell she has years of experience cutting hair. We talked about pokemonGo. I will always go to her since she's friendly and leaves my hair just how I want it to look. She is my new hairstylist that I go too.

I went a few months back and they have good customer service but they set up my appointment with Edward for just color and he didn't do a great job. I expected it to turn out better but I had spots in my hair that he had missed and the color faded quick within a week. I went back and he fixed it for free but it still didn't turn out the way I wanted. I don't know if it was because it was free but he didn't take his time and immediately after I was put underneath the dryer he had an employee sitting in his chair and worked on hers and didn't attend anymore to me. I just sat under the dryer and left. I wouldn't use him again but only because of the way the color turned out. I've seen work he has done on others when I went and it looked good but on mine it just didn't come out right. I only asked for a solid pretty brown and it came out pretty bad.

I've always liked Daniella cutting my hair because she takes her time and is thorough. She's honest of what will look good on me and gives me ideas. We talk about food, gossip and laugh at memes and all our internet references. Love herrrr

The first time I came here was sometime last year and I had a girl named Mariana for color and Veronica for cut I had a good experience the receptionist are always very nice and polite and so are the other hairdressers when you walk in... Now I told Mariana what I wanted and my hair came out good.. I would absolutely recommend her and Veronica gave me the hair cut I wanted so yes she is great too. The second time I went was for a color and touch up and to add highlights.. The lady I had was Truc or something like that and I'm not sure wether she was the manager or not but I was very UNPLEASED with her.. First of all my color touch up was completely different from the color I previously had gotten there second I told her I wanted highlights all over the hair and she only did the upper half.. By this point I'm mad because she's talking about going out and she can't wait to be off and blah blah making me, the costumer, feel like I was preventing her from getting off work.. then when it comes to blow drying my hair she is seriously beating my head with the round brush! I have long hair and I could tell she had no patience.. My sister who was waiting for me in their little waiting area even noticed and she mentioned to me that if she was me she would have got up and walked out. She had another girl help her and she was gentle and also she cut my bangs to perfection! I can't remember her name ,because of her I was willing to give this place a third shot.. And no.. Just no! The third time I came I had a lady named Obdulia and I came in for just a hair cut and a style... Now I know she's great with high lights I clearly saw her tell the receptionist she would take care me. I wanted layers and NO V SHAPE I wanted the ends of my hair completely straight and big loose waves.. Well I left with the complete opposite.. She gave me a V shape and tight curls and kept saying "your hair is too long.. Too long" in a tone like she was annoyed... I felt like I was bothering her with my long hair and I'm sure her job is to deal with hair right? I have worked with costumers before and I know how you should make them feel and I felt offended because my hair seemed too long for her to handle.. so I don't think I'll ever come here I will try a different location just not this one :(
