Vip Wash and Lube

Used to be a good quick car wash spot. Went there today paid $18 dollars for wash and tire shine.. went thru the machine and car was still dirty. Nobody drying any cars and never got tire shine that was paid for. Wtf happened to this car wash.
Waste of money never going back. The North shore needs a good quick car wash spot so bad, Disappointed.

This car wash used to be good, but today it's completely overpriced garbage. I paid $33 for I don't even know what. They didn't even get the bird poop off my car. I bought compound solution in their store and asked the guy cleaning my car to rub out some stains/scratches on the rear bumper, he looked at my like I was retarded, mumbled something, and walked away. I ended up rubbing out the stains myself. Don't come here unless you absolutely need a car wash and have no other choice!

I have going here for 10 years. Oil change expensive but comes with "full service" car wash. Not anymore! Without warning I pull up to the wash with my "free" ticket from the oil change. I'm told it will be an additional $12 to get my car interior vacuumed and wiped down. This is accomplished after the wash where there is a long line to wait. My car was never wiped down. Will not be back

I went for oil change for my Ford Fiesta and asked them to put mobile number 1oil. they showed me mobile oil and put some different oil. 4 quarter oil and they charge me $97.98 including dirty car wash.No more.

My experience here was awful please believe the reviews- I wish I did. They are rude. Eddie the manager is an angry little man that tells you anything to get you to buy services there but doesn't complete them and says sorry I was to busy after you wait 45 minutes

Just got a car wash. Never again. Paid for the top service only to leave with my back window completely dirty. Still leaves and dust everywhere in my car. Front windshield is still sirty.i dont even know how that's possible TERRIBLE

By far the worst car wash I have ever been there , I don't know how they have any business . Paid $31 for a Carwash which left my car dirty . I approached the guy incharge who collected the money and he said " this isn't hand wash so the car not going to be clean " so why the f&&@ would I get a car wash if my car will still be dirty . The worst experience. They don't wipe the car down it has dirty spots all over , clean windows with water not windex . Wipe windows with same rag as they use outside of your car . WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . Shit service didn't even try to make it right by actually wiping down dirty spots on a car and make it at least "presentable" they need new management.

I went today for my normal oil change and lousy carwash. I come here because it is the only oil change place that barely has a wait So ill take it with the lousy wash. I usually go take my car for a top of the line car wash at Brighton Car wash On Forest ave. (Handwash and an owner who inspects and cleans the cars himself before he gives it back)

Well today like any other day, went in for my oil change and accepted the free car wash.

While I sat waiting for the wash, it went through the motorized track unusually slow, not sure if it was malfunctioning or on a different setting since the place was dead. There was maybe 2 other cars there being washed. I then got up to pay and by that time my car was by the air blowers that blow off the excess water. I looked up and an employee was running toward my car as my wipers we being blown away by what seemed to be an overpowering machine. He even shook is head at his coworker when he realized my windsheild was scratched. At this point both wipers were completely disconnected from the metal and he reattached them. I walked out and asked what happened, the employee told me i left my wipers on!! Ummm, its sunny no rain why would i do that!!? I lean over and show him one wiper is missing a piece. The "manager" went ti look for it. I turned my wipers on and the one missing the piece flew off!! It was cracked!

He did replace it, i will say that, but no sorry because he continued to lie and say my wipers were left on. I then showed him his lousy car wash and how there is no need for armour all on my tire if the rims arent cleaned.... he yelled at the workers who then blamed eachother....m
The scratch was significant enough to annoy me but not anymore than the wiper situation it was definitely The cherry on top.

Went for a normal oil change and after 700 miles my car was having some problems (check engine light and limp mode) checked the oil and nothing was on the dip stick. I went back and their excuse was "it must be the car bring it to the dealer" it's a 2016 it shouldn't be missing 4.2 quarts of oil in 700 miles. The guy filled it up with oil and after 500 miles it hasn't dropped at all. Also the car washes are awful didn't clean the whole car and they use the same towel for wheels, tires and paint DONT let them touch your car. Complete joke and waste of time and money

Came here for the first time since i bought my new 2013 Nissan Sentra sr. As soon as i came in he said i needed synthetic oil, which i had no idea how he knew right away just by looking at the car but okay?? They fill your tires, refill washer fluid, refill antifreeze and a free car wash is all included in your oil change price. 1 less star because i didn't expect it to cost $60
