Called and made an appointment for a quote with Vinyl Concepts for a new vinyl privacy fence between my house and the next door neighbors. I had to wait a few weeks for someone from the company to come out because they're in high demand.
Met with Vahe who was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. He took his time measuring and discussing options with us, answering all our questions, and followed up. He also spoke patiently with our neighbors about the project; they wanted to keep their 2 old metal gates that clung to the old rotting wood fence (which needed to be replaced badly) with the new vinyl fence. Vahe went out of his way to make sure our neighbors could keep their old metal gates which would have to be taken down and then affixed to the new vinyl fence which isn't easy considering the difference in materials.
Vahe came out to take final measurements and the new vinyl fence pieces were manufactured at the Vinyl Concept's local warehouse within days!
Two guys from Vinyl Concepts (employees, not subcontractors) came out, pulled the old 44' wood fence down in less than 2 hours, cleaned up the area, and began installing the new vinyl fence the same day. They were done and the brand new vinyl fence, my new vinyl gate, and the neighbors' old metal gates (on their side) were installed by noon the next day. Entire project took less than 2 days! I'm very happy with the results. Great service, nicest guys, reasonable price!

I wanted to replace my two 40+ years old, barely functional gates with modern vinyl gates. The sales rep, Art, came out and impressed my dad with some samples and gave us the best price out of all the contractors we met.

Two installers came a week later to install both our gates. It took about 6 hours in total to remove the old gates and install the new ones. The installers were punctual and very professional. They did an amazing job and made sure we were satisfied with their work before I gave them the check for final payment.

Called them and a live person picked up phone and answered like always. Many other businesses you speak to a machine or a voicemail. Free estimate appointment was done soon. They came out gave a competitive quote. And not too long after came again and did the job in a few hours. On time, professional and courteous. Will continue to use and recommend vinyl concepts

Starting with Art in sales, and straight thru installation, Vinyl Concepts is professional and friendly. But most importantly, they do fantastic work at a fair price. They replaced our back wood fence (that backs up to a major highway) with a beautiful redwood-look vinyl fence. They had an estimate and scheduled installation within a week. We had extra demo and removal- and they made the change order quickly and reasonably. Even with the extra work, they finished a day earlier than estimated. We love our new patio cover and thank Vinyl Concepts for working with us on the design and then building it with craftsman quality that reflects their attention to detail. Oscar and the team were very helpful to customize the design details and integrate the new patio cover with the existing structure. A wonderful makeover for our family use and enjoyment! The second time I've used Vinyl Concepts. I recently did a home renovation and replaced the picket fence. For the amount of money, I'd expect consistently excellent quality. Some of the pickets you can left up, it won't come off completely, where as the majority of the pickets are solid and can't left up. Also a cap keeps on falling off which is annoying. I'll just fix it myself with Gorilla Glue.
Hopefully this isn't a bad sign for the durability of the fence.

Arts from Vinyl Concepts gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my two fences and gates.

Our backyard fence was old and dilapidated, probably put up sometime shortly after the Spanish American war. We decided that it needed to be replaced, had received a flyer from Vinyl Concepts, and called them. John, the estimator, came out and evaluated our situation, and gave us an estimate that we thought was fair. We had our gardener remove and haul away the old fence, which was not only dilapidated, but also badly termite damaged. The.VC Crew came out the morning before Thanksgiving, and installed the new fence. They did a fabulous job, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend Vinyl Concepts to anyone looking for fencing that is attractive, well priced and will undoubtedly outwear a traditional wooden fence.

#1: John came to our house on a Wednesday to give us ideas on what to do with a project. He said it was unusual and would have to talk to his staff on the following Tuesday to get ideas. Tuesday came and went. I called them was told that John is going to get ideas from them shortly, a WEEK later he sent a few sentences describing something which was not like ANYTHING that we told him we were interested in. What a waste of time. He did not seem to be very sharp or customer oriented. A very bad representative.

#2: Today we decided to go to the shop/store and try to find someone else to talk to. We did, this man was excellent. BUT when I asked the lady, who sat against the wall to the left, if I could use their restroom, she said the restrooms are for "the employees only". I was shocked and said but I am a customer who is about to spend thousands of dollars here and you will NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THE RESTROOM??? She said YES that it is correct, it is for employees only and you can go to Ralphs grocery store, there are restrooms you can use there. She could not care less, as if they are the only vinal store in Southern California. I went back and said to the salesperson we were talking to, and he confirmed her comment, YES the bathroom is for employees only. She may be his wife, and he is afraid of her.

I picked up my papers and said you just lost a customer and a sale and walked away. .

If I just walked off the street and was looking like a homeless person, I could easily understand it, but I was in the store with my husband for 20 or so minutes already. We were on our way to setting up a appointment to have someone, with more sense than the first employee, to come to the house. If you decide to go there wear a diaper, this is not funny. I have NEVER heard of a business that sells expensive service and not let their customers use a bathroom. They lost THOUSANDS of dollars for the use of toilet paper and water. How STUPID IS THIS!!!
