Husband and I just moved to Temecula. Been trying to limit my errands during COVID times and found this free delivery cleaners! Compared prices and doesn't seem like they up charge for delivery.
Setup was easy - filled out form on the website and I got a call the next day to schedule pickup. Also liked how they offer promo codes on their site too.
So the delivery schedule is unique that they come to your doorstep twice a week rain or shine. At first I was hoping for an on demand delivery service but realized that requires more effort to have to schedule through an app each time.
You simply leave out your bag on designated pickup days. Set it and forgot it! They'll come even if you don't have clothes that day - similar to recycling or compost pickup day of the week. Adds a nice touch and feels more homey. You setup billing once and provide receipts for payments. True contactless experience. I am extremely disappointed. This company had some of the highest ratings in Temecula. BTW, they are the same cleaner as Executive Cleaners, also listed here. Same address. It's true, Executive did a nice job of cleaning and pressing my clothes.
However, they lost my favorite black slacks that were tailored for me in Hong Kong. I loved those slacks. They could've cared less, and did nothing to reimburse me. I checked with them numerous times to see if anyone had returned them. They barely looked for them...and barely said they were sorry.
Okay, I let it slide...where else can I go? Our previous cleaner on De Portola behind Costco had lost a bunch of my husband's shirts, too.
THEN, my husband brought clothes home from Executive Cleaners about 3 times later and there was a woman's sweater among the items that was not mine. I took it back and I'm still trying to figure out what OTHER item of mine they lost because the number of pieces was correct.

Sam has been great with delivering all of our dry cleaning so far. I like how they come twice a week to pickup or deliver. He's been prompt with the pick up and delivery and we haven't had any issues with any of our clothes yet. The prices really does seem like typical market rate so the free pick up and delivery seems like a nice bonus for me.

Don't know what to say. I know I was running late for same day service so I called and asked. I was told the latest I could drop off for same day is 9am. I throw the kids in the car and rush over with 10 minutes to spare only to be told I'm to late. Not cool

I'm not really sure what this business is. I called to see if they could pick up my comforter to dry clean but the man on the phone said they don't offer that, so I stopped by the place to find out it's Executive Cleaners. Someone had told me to be wary about what you drop off there because it could get lost, but they did a good job cleaning my king size white comforter that had a variety of stains from my big dog and toddler. It cost $26 or $28 to get it cleaned. I'm not sure if that is a good deal or not since it was my first time, but overall I was happy with the job they did.

We've used them dozens of times, for hundreds of items over the last yard and a half, and have never had any issues. They actually go above and beyond as far as customer service. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED. I highly recommend them.

Needed a rush job done with a tight timeframe and they got the job done. The clothes came out immaculately. I'm from out of town so it's too bad they can't become my normal cleaners.

Okay. I don't do yelp reviews normally but this place has such exceptional customer service and the highest quality that I couldn't help but write one..
I had an interview the next day but I realized too late that there was a orange stain on my blouse that I had planned to wear.. I told him the situation and he picked up the clothes that day and dropped it off early in the morning the next day! And yes stain completely gone and smelling fresh for the interview. I love the aspect of a pick-up dry cleaners so that I don't have to live my 4 small children around to do errands. And the next-day delivery is definitely nice! However, it seems that our stuff comes back with a certain smell. I would describe it as some sort of men's cheap cologne. It isn't strong but definitely present. If that one aspect could change I would give them 5 stars. Great customer service!
