Last time we went, our waitress didn't wear one that I recall. The bartender didn't have one on either, I don't think. That was about 2 months ago. Things might have changed.

Was in Florida, for a few days and was very food challenged...and so really wanted to be happy with a meal. I came here with friends, had the crab cake and french fries...and it was a better meal than the previous days but not great!
Florida's food game is a bit different...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Jan 6, 2024
The definition of a good neighborhood bar! I have gone here with my dad for years and have never had a bad experience! The drinks are strong, the beer is cold and the food is good!
Over the years I have tried almost everything one the menu and never really been disappointed! I always get an order of steamed shrimp with old bay, so delicious! And always plump and fresh shrimps! Would I classify the food as "gourmet" Na. But a good burger that always comes out really fast, with hot, crispy fries is sure to hit the spot! The fried fish always slaps, and importantly their greens always seem to be good quality. Salads and garnishes are fresh.
I'm allergic to oysters, so I can't comment about the oyster bar, but it's always packed!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1677372582Dec 10, 2023
We decided to try out this spot for my bf's birthday as he was craving seafood, and specifically gator tail. The place has a casual vibe and generous amount of seating. Our server was pleasant and checked on us regularly.
We started with the fried Gator tail. It was pretty good, not overly battered or greasy. Some pieces were a bit rubbery, but overall good gator tail. I will ask if they have alternative dipping sauce next time since I'm not a huge honey mustard fan, but obviously that's just personal preference!
For our meals, we both got the pick two seafood combos. I chose blackened mahi mahi and deviled crab bites and my bf chose fried shrimp and clam strips. I loved my mahi mahi. The blackened seasoning was on point with a nice kick of spice and the fish was flaky and tender. I did not care for the deviled crab bites, but I honestly was taking a gamble and wasn't really sure what they were, so I do not blame the restaurant for this since I should have asked to clarify. My bf liked them. I tried his fried shrimp and clams which were good. Prices were reasonable with good portion sizes.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and I'd definitely go back. I'd like to try the Italian side of their menu next time!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 1, 2023
I've been a big fan of Victorio's since my first visit a few years ago. It's an establishment in Longwood, but very humble! The seafood is fresh, delicious, well priced. The drinks are cheap and strong. Staff are kind and attentive.
I feel like I step back in time when I walk through those doors. The aquarium across from the bar, the nautical ale house style decor, and the $4 beers. :)
They have a true oyster bar but also plenty of other indoor and outdoor seating. I always go with the oysters, but the crab bites are really yummy and I've heard the pizza is delicious. There's really something for everyone on the menu: sandwiches, hot wings, seafood platters etc.
The raw oysters are always fresh and served traditionally with fresh horseradish, homemade cocktail sauce, lemon wedges over ice and saltines on the side. It's a classic for a reason!
Definitely stop into Victorio's next time you're in Longwood.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 47258926Jun 25, 2023

I love true local chain holes in the wall. I had never heard of this place, and probably never would have, except a local magazine I read awarded this place the 3rd best restaurant in Longwood, which is the town I work in now. So that sparked my interest, and I had to come check it out.
I came in hot on a Friday night, and it was busy, but luckily it's a huge place, and they had seating for me. So I sat down and started looking at their menu. It was pretty intimidating. They have a lot of stuff. So I ask my server what's good, and she recommends the pizza and the seafood. Sold.
For the seafood, I ordered the Create Your Own (2 Choices); Pangasius (fried) and the Jumbo Shrimp (fried). It was served with Homemade Hush Puppies, Coleslaw, and Steak Fries.
I had never heard of a pangasius fish before, so of course I had to try it. A big ol' filet showed up on my plate, and it was delicious. A nice, fatty fish that flaked apart beautifully as I was forking into it. Almost buttery. I'm not sure, it was so unique. Go ahead and order it, it was good. The shrimp were good, too. A decent size. Not greasy.
Then we also split a 9' Mini Vegetarian Specialty Pizza (Mushroom, Green Pepper, Black Olive, Spinach, Tomato & Onion). This was a fun little pie. Tons of toppings that were so finely diced, it was like you got every topping in every bite, I loved that. A nice, chewy crust that held up well to the folding technique. Very good.
Overall, this little hole in the wall is truly a diamond in the rough. If you live near Longwood, and you're hungry, you should come check this place out.Helpful 14Thanks 1Love this 10Oh no 1 - Jul 29, 2023Updated review
I come here pretty often for lunch with my Dad or get togethers with friends, and we are always taken care of very well. Usually, I get one of their awesome salads or steamed shrimp, but this time, I decided to try the Victorio's Bowl. It's shrimp and broccoli on top of Zaterain's rice. Dry and unimpressive, although I enjoyed the shrimp. My Dad usually gets a Reuben sandwich and fries but tried the burger this time. It was big and messy. Absolutely delicious. We'll be back again soon!

Dinner and a show! Belly up to the oyster bar and watch your bucket of the best oysters available get shucked and served on the butcher paper covered counter. It's the full experience. If you're not into shellfish, they have some of the best pizza and calzone around. Been eating here for years with no plan to change that.

The food is just ok, the service is hit and miss. The food does not warrant the prices they charge.
They do have a nice bar and good parking. If you want a very nice sit down dining experience, this is not the place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
