Spotted inside a small plaza on Bristol Blvd and Civic Center, opposite to where the In-N-out is located, right behind the Jack in the Box drive thru just got to look for a laundry mat, we'll the bakery is right next to that.

Please do not hype up your expectations unlike my mom and I we were expecting an actual bakery filled with all kinds of goodies, but to our disappointment it's a tiny suite with a window case that holds 7 different types of sweets that are all Vegan and to the end of it they have a cold case with the refrigerated sweets such as cakes and what seemed to be ice cream puffs and so.

This was my 7th try coming by to this spot and finally they were open, not sure what their hours are but they seem to be always close or it might just be my luck. We got 1 of each pastries to try like the conchas ones of each flavor, a puerquito, one ojo de buey, a cookies and some others. We were pleased with the flavors and completely understand the goods can be on the dry side (like the puerquito) yet overall we enjoyed the pastries. What we were not counting on was the price, maybe due to them being Vegan or we are so used to the other bakeries around being on a cheaper side, my mother expressed her surprised at the total price for 6 pastries. Again be aware everything is high in price and these goods being Vegan can get pricier.
The service was great, the man on the other side of the counter was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Swing by and check N out this place, it's all made from scratch with good ingredients in them.

I was in the area. I wanted some pan dulce. Vegan or not, this was good. Support local. Buy some stuff and come back. I am. Thanks guys. Loved it!

Disappointed with their communication. Was told to text them the order and I did but received no reply. I texted them again for confirmation of the order and no response. They never followed up with me.

My new go to custom cake place. I'm so glad I found this place. I asked for a farm/barn animal theme cake, sent an inspo pic and the cake I was received was perfect - even better than the photo! And best part was it was very reasonably priced. Cake itself was pretty delicious too! Thank you so much!

Best pan Dulce in the OC. We order the big box of mixed pan Dulce for all family events.

I bought 2 smash cakes for a 3 year old and a 1 year old birthday party that was Encanto themed. I ordered them last minute and showed an inspo pic of what I was looking for. Victoria's bakery made it happen and had the cakes ready the day before the birthday party. I ordered on a Wednesday and picked up that Friday afternoon for the party early Saturday. They were just what I was hoping for and looked very similar to the inspo picture. Primarily used them for picture opportunities, but also tasted good. Would highly recommend this bakery!

You made my mom's birthday so special. She is vegan and has many dietary restrictions. You are the only bakery that meets her needs. Her cake was the highlight of her dinner. She took so many pictures of it and it was just as delicious. We feel so blessed to have you as our neighborhood bakery. Thank you for the kindness and love you have for our community.
