Ania or Anna she was a spanish lady, whatever so I called and seems like every time I call these people are disgustingly rude, "this lady also hung up on me twice btw" I'm a business man I have no time to deal with incompetent idiots that have no business sense.

I contacted Katie at Vern Fonk on 03/19/18 and got my new policy today for my family ,all my vehicles and home insurance for a great premium with great coverage's. Prior to contacting Vern Fonk I had a lapse in coverage due to my old insurance broker taking forever to get back to me with new quotes for new policies. By the time I found time to contact my old insurance broker I was pass the 30 day lapse and they quoted me for an outrageous premium. I continued seeking different options with my old broker and they just took forever! When I called vern fonk Katie took the time to help me and was really quick and informative. Overall excellent experience!

This vern fonk location is really nice, and have good people. I go to Amani and she's really a good agent. She helps me with everything i need. She explains a lot when i get confused unlike the other agents i've had in the past where they didn't help me at all. I highly recommend this place! Go to Amani trust me you won't regret it

Really easy to pay your bill ( take your money with no problem) but no personal service anymore , my agent's # was dis-connected and no response to several e-mails.. called main # and after 4 transfers still can't get a verbal quote on my policy's without sending marriage license and documents ! ( WTF) just a quote... seriously

deisy valdovinos was great!! I called to get re-quoted for a hopefully a better price and she was able to find me something for half of what I currently pay. she was very helpful.

My fiance' just signed up with insurance through this agency. They offered him a great deal, having never had car insurance before. He said that the agent he worked with, Kevin was great in responding to a plethora of emails back and forth setting up the policy. But when it came to taking out the deposit, they took it out earlier than what was agreed upon. A mistake, that Kevin admitted and that his boss refunded the agent fee back to him. Mistakes happen, but it was great that they worked with my fiance' to solve this issue.
