I had an absolutely amazing experience with my girl Ms LATISHA. she dealt with me and my indecisiveness, for what seemed like forever, and just kept a smile on her face and made everything worth my while not only financially, but with the phone that I ended up choosing. I am so thrilled with my new iPhone 15. I ended up getting such a great deal on it, and it was all because of her, I love my case that we both kind of picked together as well as my pop socket and I really couldn't be more happy with the service that I received at this location. I told her that I would be bringing my mother-in-law with me in the next month or two and specifically will want LLatisha to take care of her because I know she will give her the best option/biggest bang for her buck! thank you so much Latisha (she knows she's my girl)

This is a really good location. Most of the time when I go to Verizon stores, I want a quick and easy experience. You know, how I like most things in my life :) Anyway - this is the place to go! It is a smaller location, but they have the up to date phone selections and any accessories you may need.

I have come here several times just to swap phones and phone info. They are really cool about it here. Buy a new phone off of ebay, come in and say you wanna switch from one phone to the next - no questions are ever asked. They also port everything the can from one phone to the next. Up until a year or two ago, I never had a smart phone... they didn't even laugh when I brought in my mini flip phone! Much appreciated. lol.

Anyway - Definitely recommend this location. I will certainly keep coming back.

We were shuffled around between three different salespeople- the first two explained that they had no idea how to switch us from T Mobile to Verizon, and the third, their "expert" Angela, was insistent that my LG G3 and my husband's Samsung S6 would not work on the Verizon network even though they are compatible with both GSM and CDMA. She actually got quite hostile and defensive, and kept speaking to us in a condescending manner! So it was a complete waste of 45 minutes.
