Can't stress enough what a wonderful establishment this is. No salon like this one one in the area!! From the minute you walk in the atmosphere is professional, sophisticated, and classy.
There's a variety of services, from needing a polish change to some brand new fierce brows and lashes. All certificates and licenses posted. This is the real deal, all services are performed by professionals.
Great for a girls/guys day out, or hosting your wedding party. Little bubbly never hurts nobody. Bring the kids for a polish. All are welcome!
Yes they are busyyyy!!! When you request a last minute appointment you may face challenges. Just as if you went to any spa, you can't guarantee same day. Plan ahead, be respectful.

So disappointed today. Part of a bridal party - my daughter, the bride, has been coming her for years. I had an appt for a manicure. Rest of the bridal party had pedis too - asked if I could add that - and was told sure. After my pedicure and waiting half hour, I inquired what was going on and asked as told they thought only wanted a pedicure - they "forgot" my manicure, but they said they couid still take me. I waited another 25 minutes, while many other people arrived and were serviced. At rhis point I had been here for 2 hours, and I told them it didn't seem like they were getting to me, and since my two young grand daughters had now been done for 45 minutes, it seemed like I should give upand the front desk gentleman said "ok". I told him as mother of bride this was so disappointing and he said "sorry" - no attempt to make it rights Pathetic. I will never go here again.

I do not recommend at all. Service is the same after 5 years-horrible. The owner and staff will treat you as if they're better than you.

My daughter came to get her nails done for her senior homecoming and off the bat there were issues with the online booking system. She booked for herself in advance and received a confirmation text for 6 pm. Thank goodness she clicked on the confirmation link, because it said it was moved up to 4:30 pm and didn't notify her. They simply moved her as they pleased with no notification at all.
When my daughter arrived, the owner was the one offering to do her nails. He was very rough and inattentive throughout the manicure. She said he continuously checked his phone during the appointment, was ON his personal phone with someone for a period of time WHILE doing her nails, disappeared to the back for an extended period of time and left her sitting there, talked to the receptionist negatively about other clients still in the room, and seemed annoyed with offering to take her as his client. My daughter also noted that the receptionist was rolling her eyes and scoffing at clients while talking to them in a negative tone. Most of the other staff members seemed irritated anytime the receptionist told them their appointments were here. It seems like there is a negative work environment here as well as a lot of negativity toward their clients. :(
The price for her mani was way higher than she expected first of all, and she paid with card. The staff here does not notify you of up charges or what you're paying for, so for all we know the owner up charged her just because he was the one doing her nails. My daughter said there was no tip option on the receipt, and she had no cash with her. She told me when she was leaving, the owner and receptionist rolled their eyes at her and commented on the fact she didn't leave a tip in front of other customers! Tips are for good service and for deserving people, in this case, she was right to not leave one. The customer service at this establishment is non existent.
My daughter is not going to come back; the way she was treated was unacceptable and I hope this review serves as a warning for all! I read through the other low reviews posted and my concerns were highlighted in almost all of them. Clearly this wasn't done to just my daughter. I've been looking for a nail salon that's clean and actually does a good job and my daughter told me to go to Venetian. From the Google search it looked beautiful. I made my appointment as well as both my daughters for Friday at 5. Yes they were busy but they did not disappoint at all!! They were all so welcoming and knowledgeable about what all 3 of us wanted. We all left with smiles from ear to ear and will definitely be back!!! Simply AMAZING!!!

I'm not usually one to leave negative feedback about anything but honestly this place is not worth your time! Don't even bother to waste your money! I've never felt so unwanted walking in to support a small business... especially driving 30 mins to come here. My experience consists of not wanting anyone to do my nails about 5 people who walked in after me we're taken care of immediate. I wanted an ANC with a pedi, after waiting for so long and finally getting to a table I thought okay maybe I was just overthinking but then the nail tech drilled my nails so much to the point where I was bleeding and she did not even stop to see if it hurts or not she continued to drill until i had to tell her to stop... Fast forward to the $50 pedicure I got with a sloppy cut and polish no cleaning filing or hot rocks! My nails were cut super short... this pedicure was less than 10 MINS! I just don't understand how a business could offer you a service with such negative vibes! Definitely felt like an outcast in this atmosphere!!

My nails have always come out pretty good but they're very expensive. The attitude of the employees can be questionable. I'm mostly just disappointed that I got my mom a gift certificate for Christmas and she said she had a really bad experience there, that the staff was very rude and condescending, which I can totally see. Respect your elders, and respect people who patronize your business. Also, little marketing tip: Bad experiences are 10x more likely to be shared with peers than good experiences.
