Highly recommend. Delicious food for vegans and non-vegans! We've been here several times and we are never disappointed. Oh and the new cocktail menu is amazing!

Excellent food. Amazing what they can do with vegetables and tofu! Artwork.
Nice drink menu.
Good service. Fun & eclectic environment.
A little pricey but worth it for an occasional vegan treat.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1471209953Nov 3, 2023
It's been a week and I'm still thinking about the burger and sweet potato fries. They were delicious! I went with a couple friends and everyone really enjoyed their meals. My one friend got the spaghetti and neat balls and she didn't like the neatballs, however, she loved the pasta itself.
Definitely skip the desserts, we tried all 5 of them and none were really good. The peanut butter chocolate one was the best but still not a re-order worthy.Helpful 9Thanks 2Love this 16Oh no 0 - John M M.New Brunswick, NJ0518Oct 24, 2023
Good flavor profile, but "pinche". The soup came with four pumpkin seeds and a small cracker. A request for hot sauce came with a $2 upcharge. Historically, vegan food has been about modest prices and simple, plant based nutritious foods. That culture is not present at Veganize.
Restaurant management should consider complimentary baba ganoush, kimchi, crackers, oat straw tea, etc... anything really.
Wonderful decorations and ambience, but if you came hungry, you may leave hungry. Service was fine.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 28, 2023
This place is a little pricey but the staff and quality of food are worth it in my opinion. As a vegetarian it's hard to find places with menus fully without meat. I often find myself having to modify signature dishes to exclude their star ingredient in order to be able to eat it. That's not the case here. The menu is specifically catered towards different types of vegan options. I had the cashew Mac and cheese and really enjoyed it. My friends who eat meat surprisingly also really enjoyed their dishes. The staff really go out of their way to ensure everyone chooses a meal they'll enjoy.

By no means am I a vegan , however the ambience and food is spectacular. Drinks as well from their amazing cocktail menu ! The Timbale has been replaced by the nachos , it was delicious, very flavorful and I also had the tacos which had great flavor , would definitely order both again . I just wish I took more pictures before the food was gobbled up !

What an awesome Vegan menu with mushroom being the highlight .
Completely blown away by the inside of this tiny looking restaurant . Starting with a cozy yet spacious bar area as we walked in. Ample seating leading up to a flight of stairs to a airy 2 level dining area . It didn't end there . They have a lovely covered outdoor terrace seating , that makes for a cool spot to spend an afternoon having their one of many interesting drinks or dessert from their interesting menu. Unique decor and lighting .
Parking can be a challenge in the New Brunswick area but try going on a weekday lunchtime and it was a breeze .
We sat outside in the terrace but as it was windy we moved indoor .
Started with the side order of crispy fries and simple salad .
Real crispy fries - was a complete let down - very soft oily and not anything close to crispy as described
Simple salad - Light , delightful , yummy dressing
Curry crusted mushroom Sandwich - could get enough of this scrumptious sandwich. It was a semi cold sandwich with curry flavored fried oyster mushrooms , butternut squash and broccoli . Peculiar combination of flavors but it worked very well and offered an interesting bite
Pecan torte - desert is usually the killer highlight at most places and Veganized wasn't an exception.
For a totally vegan - Oat Coconut crusted Torte served on a bed of vegan vanilla cream and chocolate sauce , it was extremely addictive and lip smacking good .
They are known for their Bananarama which I couldn't try as I was full . Waiting for next time !Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melinda K.Woodbridge Township, NJ27094262Jun 8, 2023
Spread across three floors, it offers a charming and inviting atmosphere. The stained glass lamps scattered throughout add a touch of elegance and create a warm ambiance that enhances the dining experience.
One aspect that sets Veganize apart is its impressive selection of alcohol. With a full bar and a wide array of options, including unique craft cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list, there is something for every palate.
The sandwiches were undeniably the highlight of our dining experience. Bursting with flavor, they showcased the culinary expertise and creativity of the chef. Each bite was a harmonious blend of ingredients.
The dessert selection, while truly delicious, had one small hiccup. The consistency of the cheesecake wasn't personally to my liking. However, the blueberry and lavender compote was delicious. Would recommend trying the chocolate peanut butter torte.
The superb service provided by the attentive staff truly sets this establishment apart. I recommend Veganize to anyone seeking a remarkable vegan dining experience in a charming and inviting atmosphere.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashley P.Wallington, NJ133674Jul 16, 2023
Second time here, we love this place!
Food was great, as always. We shared the Timbale and it was tasty, but it is hard to scoop anything on the thin chips that they give you. I got the Mackin Cheeze. Creamy and delicious, but the mushrooms had a Smokey taste that I didn't like. That's a personal preference so nothing wrong with it. Wish I had more broccoli though! The breadcrumbs really bring that whole dish together.
Everyone is super friendly and always accommodating.
I love the outdoor seating on a nice summer day. It's fun to people watch from below.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aerik V.New York, NY102351108Nov 3, 2023
