Can't be happy enough to find this awesome little shop. Went in to buy juice and coils and found an awesome deal and left with a beautiful new setup. These guys know customer service and super informative. And if they don't have it they'll get it in inventory for next time.

It took me way too long to write this review for John, but it is suuuuper necessary to share what an incredible experience I had here with the world. I'll leave it at this -- the knowledge and experience from the staff and the kindness and generosity toward customers is unparalleled. Thank you for helping me quit smoking, and in my weakest moments, meeting me with understanding and compassion. I am grateful. Someone give this man a raise!

So, this is the DRAG. And there are several styles, but this one is for badasses. I have gotten so many compliments on how "coooool" it looks and is and I bought it last night around 9pm. So, that's what's up. FERD showed me all the technological details and explained to make sure before pouring in the juice, to make sure the actual apparatus that enables the vaporizer to vape, to make sure the sides and inside white areas are doused in juice because otherwise it'll hit like ash hash. He didn't use those exact words, but that is what I digested from listening and I know that I am correct. Correct and I go together like a location and a noun/pronoun in a grammatically correct sentence example of a preposition. Returning to the vape...

Ferd showed us everything, though, and someone we know (not me) had lots of questions about different vapes and their capacity and what they do and do not, whether you charge the battery/batteries via a rechargeable battery charger or if it plugs into a USB and etc. He knew all the answers to the questions, set up my vape and he was one of the nicest people I've met in the Southern portion of California. Like, legit. Ferd's the man.

I went in to this shop for the 1st time yesterday Monday 1/13/20. Now a Lil about me I have been capping for about 10 years now and have gone to numerous numerous vape shops. And out of all my experiences up until now this one marked the most memorable for me. Chris was the original owner that helped me out.

I am in sales myself and I have to say I am beyond impressed with the way he took care of me, from answering my numerous of questions, his patience and kindness. They go out of there way here to help you find your needs; with humility , patience, and kindness. I am beyond thrilled I found this vape shop and will continue coming here for all my vaping, and CBD Flower needs.

This is the best Vape shop in OC and probably CA. I've been to over 10 shops in the local area and this one is 10x better than any shop. Not only are the prices and deals amazing the people aren't just trying to sell you on old products like most shops are, they hook it up with the newest and tastiest juice on the market.

Best vape shop i have ever been to hands down. The customer service is top notch from helping you find exactly what mod suits you to your exact flavor profile. Rig mechs hit HARD they are definitely worth the price.

This place is amazing! Chris helped me find everything I needed and explained how everything works and even set up my new vape for me. Best customer service I have ever experienced and they have a large selection of more nitsch juices in a lot of superb flavors. I'm planning to make this my regular shop now.

Went in again yesterday and got the same amazing service. Chris helped me figure out why my device was giving me trouble and cleaned it out and fixed it! I love this shop and will continue to go out of my way to go here. They always have people who seem just as happy to be there as me too so I know this is just how they consistently are. Solid business I know I will see thrive and am glad to be apart of the customer base that achieves that for them, they deserve it. I hope to always see them positively moving upward.

The ultimate customer service! Chris helped me out today, and he was awesome. To owner: give this guy a mad raise! It's always nice when the employees are not only knowledgeable, but super laid back and a pleasure to work with as well. Definitely check out Vapor Shot if you're in the area.
