I used to love this dry cleaner's business. They had great prices and service, up until a few months ago. I believe, though I'm not sure, that the ownership and/or management changed. The prices doubled, but I thought this was due to the general increase of services. What's unacceptable, however, is the service. I had a dress dry cleaner and when I received it, it smelled really bad (BO). I returned it to be dry cleaned again, and I just picked it up--no change whatsoever. The worst part is that I never had any such issues with this dress or other clothes with the previous owners. I requested a refund from the store owner, and he rudely refused, stating they don't give any refunds. A completely unacceptable response and terrible, sub-standard service. Visit at your own peril.

I had the worst dry cleaner experience in my years of frequenting dry cleaners here. After about 6 months of bringing clothes here, I decided to bring a rug from my infant son's room to have cleaned. I was told it would take about two weeks and was charged $50. When I picked the rug up it smelled strongly of mold and after having it in my car for an hour or so I brought it back to let them know. The owner was very rude and abrasive but told me he would have it cleaned again. I waited another two weeks and picked it up, this time it smelled even worse. I took it home and unrolled it in an attempt to let it air out, but it never did. Again, this was going into my infant's room and there is no way I'm putting a molded rug in there.

I brought it back and was greeted with an overwhelming and aggressive rudeness that I never expected. The owner told me that he would not clean it again and that he would not refund my money, essentially telling me take it or leave it. I told him that was not good business and that I would not be coming back and then asked for a refund again. He began to yell and ramble about things like the fact that I had not been coming there for multiple years so he did not value my business, that is literally what he said verbatim.

I decided to cut my losses and leave once the owner showed that he had zero interest in discussing or bending on the issue at all and was yelling at the top of his lungs while slamming his hand on the counter.

There are so many dry cleaners, I would pick another and avoid this one. I was already on the fence about then, but this one put me over the edge for sure.

Again, I strongly urge you to avoid this place unless you really just don't care about the quality of dry cleaning and customer service.

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Brought in a few cashmere sweaters and when I brought them home it had a huge hole in the middle of the sweater. Went back and they denied that it was there fault, super rude. Won't ever go back.

I brought them my queen comforter, and they did a great job!!! It looks brand new. I would go to them again!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned and picked it up looking exactly how I left it.... except on a hanger. Tried to speak with someone in charge but they were so blatantly rude and stated that it was not their problem... if I wanted to wear a non pressed suit to an interview I would have done it myself!

Just say NO. The owner is as rude as they come. He wouldn't know customer service if it slapped him in the face, which is what you actually think he might do to you if you comment on the service...or lack thereof. I seriously don't know how this place is still in business. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

STAY AWAY from these guys - so rude, its hard to believe. They destroyed a blouse of mine and, when I asked about it, they denied it... It was brand new, only worn once, and when i picked it up there was a large bleach stain on the front. Pretty obvious damage, but the owner acted as if it wasn't even there! When I showed the damage to the owner, he started yelling and I felt uncomfortable to the point where I wasn't sure if he was going to threaten me or even worse. I decided to leave and won't be returning.

Awesome job in removing hair dye stain from my white shirt.
There is very little footprint left and hope to see it go in the next wash.
I would go there for all my cleanings and appreciate the smile on their face.

First experience was great for two dry cleaned shirts. As other reviews have stated, all the stains are gone and the pricing is very reasonable. Will be a regular customer. Keep up the great work.

I can't complain about their work. They did a great job but this is a classic bait and switch. I originally got my button down work shorts washed and pressed. I was quoted and charged around 1.50, which was reasonable. The second time I go in I was charged around 2.50 a shirt. When I asked them why it's increased they said it's because my shirts are tailored in the back and required a special machine. Huh? Cause they were the same shirts I had done the first time! There are many other cleaners in the area that is willing to charge a consistent price. I'll be using them next time.
