I have visited many dentist in my life and none compare to Valley Circle Family Dental. Dr Ray and Dr. Sheila are phenomenal. Their level of quality and expertise are incomparable to any other dentist I have visited. They always make me feel at home and I never dread a visit to the dentist. It is because of them, that I can sport a million dollar smile.

Dr. Ray Hatami and his office ALWAYS make sure to take the best care of me. I've had a lot of dental work done here and the skill and compassion he and his staff have is off the charts. Scheduling with the front desk is always a breeze too. Thanks, Ray!

I am so pleased to write this review for Dr. Ray and his team at Valley Circle Dental in West Hills, CA. From the moment I walked into their office, I was treated with a level of care and attention that truly set a new standard for dental experiences.

My teeth needed more than a routine touch-up. My bottom teeth were severely crooked and set back, which had been causing me embarrassment all my life. The prospect of straightening them felt daunting, to say the least, but Dr. Ray took on the challenge with a confidence that put my fears to rest.

He suggested we use Invisalign, a treatment I was already considering, and tailored the process to suit my unique needs. There was a point where my teeth weren't aligning as perfectly as he'd wanted, so he worked closely with Invisalign to order another set of retainers to fine-tune the program. This extra effort on his part really showed his dedication to his patients and his craft.

Throughout my journey, Dr. Ray was consistently kind, patient, and respectful. He approached his work like an artist--meticulous, devoted, and evidently passionate. His expertise was apparent in every visit, and his warm demeanor made each appointment something I looked forward to.

What's more, the staff at Valley Circle Dental mirrored his dedication. They were always wonderfully warm, understanding, and very professional. They added to the overall positive atmosphere and made every visit enjoyable.

I'm beyond happy with the results. My smile is now straight, confident, and something I'm proud to show off. I can't recommend Dr. Ray and the Valley Circle Dental team enough. If you're looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, who treats you with respect, and who works with a true artist's hand, Dr. Ray is the one.

Dr Ray is the best ! After neglecting my teeth for a number of years I finally
made an appointment to have my teeth checked and the necessary
procedures done. An exam, x-rays, and a full explanation of the issues
that I had allowed to accrue. Dr Ray was knowledgeable, proficient,

I have been going to valley circle family dental for 13+ years and I hope I never have to go anywhere else! After a lifetime of dental issues (poor genes I guess) and so many bad experiences, finding Dr. Ray was such a blessing! They are so thorough, honest, fair and gentle handed. I now see both Dr. Ray and Dr. Ashley, but everyone I have seen has been a pleasant experience. The receptionists and office manager are even like friends at this point! If you're looking for a great team of dentist and hygienists, look no further!!

After a long time searching for a dentist, I could trust... I found Valley Circle Family Dental. I have been seeing Dr. Ray for over 5 years, and my teeth have never been better. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Dr. Ray and all of the staff are amazing!

AARP/Medicare Supplement Plan Members BEWARE! I have been going to Dr. Ray for over 15 years and have had zero complaints with the care I received. Was delighted when I recently found out that Valley Circle Family Dental was a participating dental office with the AARP/Medicare Supplement Plan through United Health and offered discounts through Dentegra. Dentegra is not insurance, but an AARP benefit that offers up to a 40% discount on many dental services. According to both United Healthcare and Dentegra - phone verification and on both of their websites - all AARP Medicare Supplement Plan Members needed to do is hand the participating dental office their current AARP Medicare Supplement Member Card to receive the discount. Seems simple. I made an appointment over the phone, but the receptionist would not honor my card. I then spoke to both Dentegra and AARP/United Health and they both told me that I was eligible for discounts and that Valley Circle Dental was in the wrong for denying me a discount. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to file a Fraudulent Case Complaint with Dentegra against Valley Circle Family Dental. Such a sad ending for a former satisfied patient.

I just want to share my experience at this dental office. I've been to many dentists and I always had problem and not pleasant experiences. Since I started coming here , I have been Very happy with the service and quality of their work.
I saw dr. Ghanooni yesterday and she was wonderful. She is a great dentist, very professional and she was very through in her examination my X-ray and explaining what needs to be done.

I needed a new dentist and I was recommend to this place. Before my visit, I confirmed twice with their office that my insurance would cover the cleaning that I wanted. Just a regular basic cleaning, that's it.

So I get there, they do the x rays, and then whaddya know my insurance doesn't cover it. So not only did they charge me for the x rays, but I sat in that chair for 45 minutes waiting for someone to tell me I couldn't even get a cleaning because of insurance. I guess it's on me for waiting that long, but I was very annoyed that I wasted hours of my day off for literally nothing. I obviously will find a different dentist

Also: after I get the x rays they tell me I'm going to need like 10k worth of work on my teeth, multiple root canals, caps, surgery, bunch of stuff. Like damn I just wanted a cleaning. And I brush twice a day, floss often, waterpik often, mouthwash every day...? Same regiment for years and it's not like I'm a senior. How come any of my old dentists never mentioned that? Just comes off as "odd" let's say

Anyways: 2 stars because staff was nice, place was very clean. -3 stars for the above

the whole staff is also very friendly , I felt very comfortable during my visits and didn't have the fear that I used to have at my previous dentists

I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. So much so I waited 7 years between my visits. Needless to say I had to have a lot of work done. I was recommended this dentist office. I've been going since April. Im very pleased and happy with the progress and the patience of all the dentists. I think I've seen just about every Dr. possible. They are patient in explaining what is going on and ensuring if you are in pain to fix it to the best of their ability. There is going to be some pain. They also have a sense of humor as I am very sarcastic and let them know every time I don't like them (nothing personal of course).
