I went to Achieve Physical Therapy two different times for two different problems: strained ITBs and arthritic knee.
Strained ITBs: Diana Perkins was my physical therapist. She understood the anatomy of my problem and designed an exercise program that enabled me to get my ITBs back in working order.
Arthritic Knee: Suubi Kasirye was my physical therapist. Her guidance was gentle but stern, encouraging me to exceed limits that I was putting on myself. She assigned the exercises that best suited me (75 years old) and my injury. I was very pleased with the experience and my knee is in good working order.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - William M.Sudbury, MA05Sep 1, 2021
One of the reasons I chose Achieve Physical Therapy is that the staff are all certified physical therapists. They don't use assistants or aides, although I have had good experience with some of these. The therapist works with one client at a time unlike some places where they juggle multiple people simultaneously. This means your therapist is always watching what you are doing rather than sending you off to do some exercises on your own. I went for recovery following a hip replacement. My therapist was Brittany Sullivan and she is superb. She always knew exactly where I was at in my recovery. She would ask what particular things I wanted to improve and added new exercises with increasing difficulty as I progressed. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely be going back anytime I need PT.

I am in my second session at Achieve Sudbury and their miracle worker Jessica. My first session was for reverse shoulder rehab, and now I am there for leg and back discomfort. Each time I leave I feel truly wonderful and hopeful. Jessica truly knows how to help long term. Thank you very much. Got pain? See Jessica.
