V-Pro Nails

I went here for a basic mani/pedi. I am grateful they allowed me to book an appointment within half an hour.

The place was pretty empty. I'm guessing they space out customers for Covid purposes. No wait at all. The service was very basic. No hot towels, no extra special treatment. I'm not sure if they offer any different types of pedis where you'd likely get the hot towels or scrubs but I wasn't given any options. Just "pick a color."

Nonetheless, I received my color change in good timing. The people there were nice. No major issues, just wish to be pampered more at a salon.

A last minute flub on my pedicure at another location led me here as I was hopping on a plane the next day for vacation. They are located in a shopping center so plenty of parking is provided. I was able to get seated as a walk-in with only about a 15 min wait which wasn't bad. Masks were required and my temperature was taken at the door. I went with the spa pedicure which came with a foot/leg scrub and massage as well. Massage chair was comfortable and the lady who serviced was gentle with my feet, I even managed to get through the pumice stone with out giggling lol. Their pedicure prices are are not bad at all and I'm planning to go back!

Great service, first time at this location and very convinced that there will be a next time, Henry did a great job doing my Gel Manicure. very efficient and took his time to make sure it was looking great

I went today for a pedicure. Checked my temperature at the door. Made me use the the antibacterial and then was asked to go to the chair. All had masks. And proper spacing.
For the actual pedicure, the woman was very professional as well as experienced .
Very pleased, I will return. My first visit.

Great salon! Love the chairs and all the operators. My feet are so terrible but I get treated so repectfully, even though I am extremely embarrassed about my feet.
I swim 2 miles a day and run, so I need my toe nails short. No problem.
The polish stands up against chlorine and jamming my feet into shoes.

Went in for a mani/pedi. Nancy did my nails and she did a fabulous job. For $32, it's really not a bad deal. I would definitely go back. I wish there was a little more to the massage, and I'm a little disappointed that sugar scrub is extra, but like I said, for the price it's good. My polish is flawless, so I guess that's really what matters.
They don't accept tips on credit cards, so have cash on hand for that.

They're so nice and great at what they do. Don't be fooled by the non-aesthetic decor and atmosphere. They do an absolutely amazing job, take their time, and make sure you're 100% satisfied. Best mani-pedi I've had in a while!!! Definitely coming back.

a truly awful experience. a simple sns dip with smaller tips, i came in before 5 because they close at 7. was seen right away, the girl who was doing my nails could not do french tip dip, so i said okay just one color is fine, not a big deal. proceeded to dip different nails different amount of times, edges were completely uneven as well on the top. her methods seemed to be outdated/ she didn't know what she was doing. could not keep track of the polish/dip ratio. was also using kids nail glue for the tips. when i would point things out, she said they would be fixed.. and they were not. before she put on the final coat i had to stop and show the other workers the work, and they all agreed to take it off. they offered the same girl to re do them then and there (which i questioned why she didn't do them correctly the first time) and at that point i wanted to just leave. the workers kept asking me to come back the next day or to stay but not guarantee me this would not happen again. very disappointed and will not be wasting anymore time or money at all here.

Terrible!!! Asked for fullset w/gel and pedi...no hello, no communication just left me standing there waiting for atleast a time frame! After a few min I left. The vibe was very unwelcoming. Very sad I couldnt sit and get pampered. Being a stylist for 20years. I cant believe these places stay in business. Have fun with that. Another place i wont send anyone
