We had a simple clogged drain in the bath tub. The guy who this company sent out worked on an entirely different plumbing issue for which he had us buy about 10-12 feet of pipe of which, he only used a couple of feet. We paid him almost $300 for this job. He also told us that if the drain was not draining correctly the next day, to call him back and they would take care of it because their work is guaranteed for a year. The next day, the tub still was not draining properly because, of course, he did not fix the clog. When we called him he told us that the clogged drain is not covered by their guarantee and that we would have to pay for another $100 to pull out our toilet and snake the drain. I called a plumber I know is really good and he came out and snaked the tub and fixed the problem in 5 minutes for a total cost of $35. We were very disappointed in the service we received.
