USA Nails

It took awhile for me to find a place I love here. But let me say that I'm finally happy at nail salon. They do wonderful work.

I've been going here for quite some. I enjoy thee people immensely, and they always do a fabulous job on my nails!

I have been going to USA Nails for at least 7 or 8 years and have never been disappointed! I am so surprised by the two ladies that said their experiences were terrible! The owner Kim and her two daughters are the delight of my time spent there!
Kim is the only one that has ever done my nails and I will keep it that way! I say this due to her years of experience and her pleasant personality which in today's world is hard to find. She engages in conversation & shows interest in me, not just as a client!
I always make an appointment and when I arrive I am not made to wait due to Kim being with another client! Friends have said at two of the other salons they have been to, & made an appointment, that if their requested tech is busy, they have had to sit & wait! That type of treatment I would not and should not have to tolerate.
Gosh, I have nothing negative to say about USA Nails! There is always excellent service and friendliness that is always present!

My nails are the one high maintenance thing that I do for myself, I've gone to this USA NAILS, several separate times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and every single time within five days my nails are either broken off or lifting. The last time I went there I asked for my nails to be square with round edges and they were so thick/wide, that I had to come home and redo them myself! I will not be going there again!

First off, I am no Karen by any means. I am a college student who loves to get her nails done. I decided to go to this nail salon because it was closer to my house and I wanted them done for my evening plans. I usually go to Mindy's nails for my usual nails and I don't mind paying for quality nails, but this place was anything but quality. It was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I had them trim my cuticles and dip polish. He took forever to soak my nails off and went to go eat his lunch and converse with his coworkers at one of the tables. It was concerning to me that there were only a few nail techs and only one client. Besides the point, when trimming my cuticles he made 5 out of my 10 nails bleed.... I asked him to trim my nails and I previously had a beautiful almost shape. My nails turned out to be uneven round nails. After he finished my nails, I noticed three imperfections while he was already going to get the card reader. There was a line, where he unevenly dipped my nail because it was smudged. Then there were TWO white spots on the sides of my nails where he filed too much. After only a week, they started to come up at the nail beds. It took almost 2 hours and I paid $52 for this.... I should've gone back to gave them redo or get my money back. Lesson of the day folks, don't cheat on your nail lady.

This is the second time I have visited USA Nails and they exceeded my expectations again! This ombre manicure was exactly what I was looking for. Staff is welcoming, friendly and so kind! 10/10 would recommend visiting this wonderful salon. Thank you to USA Nails for pampering me and making me feel so glamorous!

Great nail place! Family owned and operated-Kim is great and knows the value of providing good service. Today I had Dominic who was very sweet. He continually checked to make sure I liked what he was doing. He was chatty but not over chatty. The salon is very clean. Being a very popular nail spot I would recommend calling and making an appointment. They have a large client base.

Beautiful job! First time at this salon and I loved the atmosphere and the family who runs the salon. Very nice and friendly! I had to have my acrylics taking off and I did a dip powder on my nails after that. They look amazing and I'm so happy with the service. I'll be going back!

I had great service! I just got a basic pedicure and they did an amazing job. I felt like they took their time to make my toe nails look good. Super sweet people.

I really enjoyed my pedicure that I got here before going out of town. I had a great leg massage and the price was very reasonable. The reason for the rating is that my gel manicure that I got started to peel from the top 3 days after getting it. I went on a Wednesday evening to get a mani and left on Friday morning. Saturday, it was peeling off. I don't know if this was a fluke but I really did like the ease of getting in, manicure and pedicure. They have a lot of color choices so it was easy as well. I just had to spend money again to get my polish redone on vacation (at a hotel :-\) since the other peeled off.
