US Post Office

I have been trying to call for a week straight because they delivered my package to the wrong address and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES AT ALL. I do not live in town anymore and the national USPS said the only way to get this resolved is to call this location. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

DO NOT LET KIM HELP YOU. She doesn't know what she's doing and will make you feel stupid on top of threatening you like she just did to me. Ask for someone else If you encounter this unprofessional. I will be calling the authorities if she is there again and acts the same way.

Great location and I got lucky with surprisingly fast service.

I've been working downtown Nashville for over 20 years. While the Arcade location post office isn't perfect, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I also like the small local feel of the place too.

Want to die a slow and painful death while you wait to send a package or a letter? Want to waste hours of your life waiting in line while two purposefully slow people enjoy your suffering? Go to the arcade post office. Or! If you just want to lose 5 lbs of water weight on an August afternoon, go here, there's no a/c. You need to bring your own pen, they don't leave those out. You wait in line to even get a certified letter form (no forms left out) then you must step away to fill it out (with your pen) and then be prepared to get back in line. This place runs in spite of itself! Horrible. Drive to Church Street and save yourself the torture.

Rude, slow and unhelpful. This place is close to my officer. Whenever I go in the lady at the front acts like she is doing me a favor by being there. If I have any questions the answers are not articulated well and then I am treated like I am stupid. This is exactly why I almost always dread going into the post office. Now I will say that if you have a pre-packaged item that it goes smooth. God help you if you require any "labels" or "tape". They will act like it is a travesty it did not come pre-packaged.

Worst service in America. This post office couldn't be slower. You might be the only one in line, and it'll still take them forever to assist you.

If you work downtown this is a quick stop for stamps and mailing boxes. Hint: go before 12:00 M-F or be prepared to wait. Other than that time no waiting.

Every time I go in the post office the main women that works the front is very rude and not helpful at all. She needs to find a new job! Won't be using this office anymore.
