US Post Office

Every time I've come here, I get service with a smile. I have used it for a PO Box for over a year & there has never been a problem. I feel like I get good value for the money. Whenever I have had to send a package, it's been quick & easy. I see lots of families getting their passport applications done & it looks pretty efficient.

Tim was super helpful and patient. The first guy I spoke to wearing a button up shirt (not in a uniform) wasn't so patient. Let Tim handle the guests.

Again, these guys rock! They are almost all very personable & without question will go the extra mile. I always leave happy that I've found such a nice post office to deal with!

I'm not sure what makes everyone so picky. But this is the best post office I've been to. The staff are friendly and informative. They all have worked there for a long time and each have their personalities which I love. My faves are Mark and Shelly. I do not love their new manager who is on his cell phone a lot and I hate it when he helps me because he's not very focused and doesn't know the things as well as the long timers. He also makes a big fuss when I ask for pretty stamps. Like I want the interesting ones, stop trying to make me get the flag ones, like seriously stop saying it over and over once I've already said I'm not interested.

I consistently have a great experience when I visit this post office - the postal workers are always friendly, efficient, and helpful! They often have a better recommendation on shipping method and packaging finesse than I could ever manage.

I would prefer to keep this post office a secret, but I felt that Mark and Shelly should be recognized for their great customer service. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

The staff is always super informative and friendly here. Parking is easy and convenient.

I have been a resident of moraga for 40 years and just wanted to give a shout out to the outstanding job our post office is doing. I especially want to compliment Kuldeep who recently helped me out in a difficult situation. We ares to fortunate to have this gem in out community,

Counter staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained how things worked and took the time to help me with choices about the best services for me.

When will post offices ever have more than two people working the counter? I went in on a Saturday to mail something and there were only two windows open. But there was this guy who was just standing around and says "can I answer any questions?" Yeah, I have a question, why can't you just open another window! It took me a half hour to mail a single package and buy a book of stamps.

Came for an appointment at 1. Passport guy decided he would take a 45 minute lunch and didn't help me until 1:20, while being very disrespectful.
