They have always been very helpful and kind...no matter how often I need their help. Great customer service! Wish other places was as good as they are.

I went there to get a community mailbox lock replaced. I thought my experience was good. Waited 3 minutes in line, the front desks are friendly and they know the subject well. Same the second time I visited.

We moved to Greer almost two years ago and we're still getting other people's mail! When I sent into the post office, the girl at the desk laughed when we gave her 2 envelopes for another person. Turns out she used to live where we live now and it was her mail. Another thing they do is STUFF packages into my mailbox and I can hardly get them out, especially since my hands are messed up from arthritis. I can't figure how they got the package stuffed in there in the first place! They've done this twice so far and the second time I actually had to cut the box to get the package out! They were much better last year so we must have a new mail person.
The biggest issue is I've been waiting for a package for a while, I tracked it and it said it was already delivered "at or near" my mailbox. Turns out it was sent to another person on a whole different road!!!! She wouldn't give me the address to be able to find it and she didn't offer any info. On filing a claim. This post office sucks! They will never answer the phone when you call for help! I wish we had a better post master or manager in this location. If anyone has any suggestions about what I can do

I ship packages weekly the people at front are always friendly and helpful! Fast service don't usually have to wait long

Good luck getting an issue addressed.
I have a package at the Post Office that the carrier so far is refusing to deliver to our office. He put a slip in our box, which I signed and returned to the box for his deliver. The next day, he wrote on the slip, "You have to pic this up at the post office."
Why is this? Because the carrier is too lazy to walk it in to the office. He wants us to waste an hour of our time picking up a "nothing special" package from the post office, in order to save him 5 minutes, so that his route is finished quicker at the end of the day.
I called 800 number, got case number requesting redelivery (to the office, by the carrier). A Greer Post Office agent calls and I give details. Days later, no action. Package not delivered. I call the local number used to reach me....

Don't try to call this post office to solve a problem. No person will answer the phone. Out of 6 tries, not one was answered by a person. The automated system answers the call and says "The next available operator will answer your call". False. The call is forwarded to some extension and rings several times, then gives a busy signal. Not appropriate. If you work for the post office try calling the listed number 864-877-6423. Prove me wrong. This should be fixed. I am not the only one having this problem. communication goes through the carrier.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Tried for 30 minutes straight and no answer.

I got a slip for a certified letter. Went to post office the next day, they couldn't find it. Said the driver still had it. Checked with her she did not have it. Sonya called me after I opened a case.
Not resolved, not returning calls. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry we lost it".
