US Post Office

Outstanding service from Tony & Yvonne - thanks to you both so very much for your help with my extremely large overnight delivery orders (60+!!). You both were helpful, professional, friendly and above all kept a great attitude to not just me but to every customer that came through those doors!! In fact, everyone working there was friendly to all of the customers - even the grumpy ones!! Keep it up!!

this post office is clueless!!! I had my mail placed on vacation hold and it was to be delivered on 11/27. I arrived back hoping to have mail waiting but it was not there. The next day I waited in line at the Goodyear post office to pick up my mail. They said it was being delivered and then they had me talk to the manager about the situation. The manager said he would have one of his workers call my mail carrier and find out if she had my mail. I waited for him to return and let me know what he found out. As he walked by me I stopped him to find out what was going on....he told me I needed to wait in line AGAIN and ask them myself!

This post office needs to be reported! Who do I contact?

This is the worst run Post Office I have ever dealt with. They tell us we have to pick up our mail due to our cluster boxes being vandalized. However when you make time to go during their open hours there is no parking due to employees taking up all spots. Then when you go to the door where you are supposed to go to get your mail there is no one available.
If you can't do the job and deliver what we pay to have done then at least have the courtesy to have someone available to handle pick ups.
Carolyn, Joe and Lorenzo have all failed to follow up as they promised and Paul Godard's office has been no help getting them to do their jobs.

i printed a label for my son, who lives in AZ, to ship auto parts to me to repair. UPS declared this "fraudulent" and "destroyed" the package, and will not even reimburse me. using FedEx now.

Post office employees fill up the parking spots. Makes it really frustrating when no customers are inside and no parking spots are available.

This fucking place is a joke!!! Their website says that they have walk in on Saturdays for passport processing from 9am-12pm. So we show up at 8:30 to get in line and according to all the folks already there said you have to get a ticket and they only serve 10 people. What the literal FUCK!!! There is nothing posted on the website and nothing posted near or around the office door. What a waste of time! The postal service has gone down the drain. No such thing as customer service at this location.

I had a great experience at the Goodyear Post Office. I walked in on Friday morning 8/25/2023 to mail a priority box and there was a long line. I thought for sure that I had a long wait, but Yvonne changed that for me. She asked if I was paying by credit card and I was, so she guided me toward a kiosk machine that processed parcels. I informed her I did not know how to use it and asked if she would help me through the process, Yvonne without hesitation did just that and saved me so much time. I was extremely happy that she was there to help.

Terrible customer service. I tried to pick up a package that was supposed to be there and they simply said they have to much to do on the given day I tried to pick my package up so, sarcastically, I asked "so I'm fucked?" and the worker replied with a head nod and walked away. Very unprofessional.

Passport hours say 8-12. Feel like lady stalls on purpose. Opened up at 8am but walked around talking to employees and didn't actually start till 9

The staff at the counter is always courteous and efficient. I like everything except the location. It is a pain to get into and out of the lot.
