      Sent a package to Michigan 13 days ago from Canton OH. It went to Detroit, then to cleveland then Back to Akron then to Detroit agein now its in Maryland. Package was addressed correctly. I have the tracking number and no one at USPS can give me answers ....except "please hold". UPDATE Next stop Detroit again.

      Very helpful and friendly staff - they've been very patient when I've had questions over the cheapest way to mail things, and actively suggest better options.

      However - the parking isn't great (non-post office visitors take over the lot), the crowd can get long at lunch time, and the office itself is on the small side. There's not much the office can do to change this, but it takes away from the ease of the experience.

      This is my go-to post office while I'm at work, and I have no reason to seek to change that.

      I have had many problems recently with delivery scans not lining up with the actual delivery of packages, and missing packages. I had a tracking number that said it was delivered at 9:04AM today to our business, yet the mailman has not even been to our location yet today. I had been previously told that the package would be scanned as delivered in front of the recipient as proof of delivery. I called the local office and was told that it was out for delivery, and they just brushed off that I was telling them the scan was showing it as Delivered, yet no package. We had another incident several weeks ago where a package tracking number said it was delivered here, but we never actually received it, and have video evidence of no one delivering the package at the time they indicated, yet all my online insurance claims have been denied, stating "the tracking number shows it was delivered". This is after the mail carrier even told us himself that it was not his gun that scanned it as delivered, and that it was some other department nearly 1 hour time difference from when he was onsite at our location. Every time I call to question these two items, I was met with rudeness and no concern that my package was not delivered. This has me very close to not using the US postal service in my area for any deliveries or sends, I will happily pay the extra amount for UPS or FedEx if it will give me back the security and trust that my parcels will actually be delivered to me.
