Upper Crust Bagel Company

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR BAGELS. coming from a NY-er this is a huge compliment as we are a picky crew for bagels.
Their bagels are lightly crispy on the outside and somewhat soft and gooey on the inside. Always fresh.
The deducted star is for the fact that people come in here early hours and they run out of egg and multigrain everything's SO FAST. They're so good. At this point they should be making more.
Either way, I'll continue to go here because the bagels are amazing. Egg salad was fresh but a bit bland, cream cheese is fine.
This is primarily for their bagels which are delish

Ordered a rainbow bagel and received a plain bagel instead. The egg is cheap microwaved egg and the bacon was stone cold, not worth spending the money on a breakfast here when you can go across the street to Dunkin and get better breakfast. Service was okay but not great.

The BLT on a plain bagel was incredible! The bagel was perfectly toasted and soft in the middle. The bacon was crisp to perfection and lettuce was crunchy. Just a great sandwich. I also go an iced cappuccino and an almond croissant that was superb as well!

Ordered a chicken wrap, it wasn't good & was the smallest wrap I've ever been served. Ordered a bagel with egg & cheese, the egg is microwaved... not good overall, wouldn't return.

This is really unreal. When I say unreal I mean UNREAL. I ordered and it looked like plastic food from a children's store.

Bagels were decent and plentiful in flavors. Surprised at the lack of creative cream cheeses. The bagel sandwiches both bacon and sausage lacked flavor. If I come back it'll be for only bagels and cream cheese. Crazy lines out the door but so curious on a street with multiple coffee shops and bakeries and right next to train into NYC why so popular? Counter guys were super nice.

We went this morning. expecting to have a nice bagel brunch. We arrived around mid day to find that they were almost out of bagels and what they had was a very small selection none of which we wanted. Now, I'm not terribly picky when it comes to brunch places but I must say that when a restaurant has Bagel in the name, I expect them in the middle of a Saturday to have a pretty good selection of... bagels. Call me crazy but that's what I went there for and that's what I expected. I ended up having a turkey sandwich of some sort that was decent enough but if you're going to call yourself Upper Crust, Bagels, for the love of Mike have bagels there.

Sadly, the Crust is lower. Recommended pass.

I often visit my sister in Old Greenwich (I'm from Chicago) and the Upper Crust is our go to spot for bagels, sandwiches and a myriad of beverages. I love this unassuming place! The people who work there are unfailingly kind and helpful - and the bagels and spreads are delicious. If only they were in Chicago *sigh*.

The UCBC is an old fashioned bagel shop with authentic bagels, sandwiches and baked goods. The prices were unexpectedly high for an understated, extremely casual eatery. I recommend the cinnamon roll.

Wrong order for 3rd time. They will not pick up the phone. Paid w Uber $37 for a sandwich bagel and small cream cheese. They would not answer the phone. No communication to rectify each time. Will not ever order w them again. Sad bc I do think that have great food. But not for these prices and the constant wrong order.
