YOU ARE SOOO LUCKY YOUR OUT OF BUSINESS!! Aawwwwww you sold us the wrong kits and now they don't make them these people where horrible to us and we still bought from you .. took them 5 months to get them to us even though they just sat at the dock waiting to be picked up she told us that then she though it would be ok to tell me to relax first babies don't come early I have time yay my daughter came 4 weeks early to no crib we ordered 5 months before she was due !!!! if you ever see them again in business don't buy anything !!

This store deserves no rating. It is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went in a few months ago priced things out & received ok service. Yesterday we went in ready to order this beautiful nursery set! Ready to spend several thousands of dollars in the end we walked out, No business conducted there. The owner Debbie, was just flat out rude, Excuse my french, She was a B%$#! Not sure if she was tired, having a bad day, regardless she had no right to treat me and my husband the way she did. This is our first child, & she sadly ruined my shopping experience for this joyous occasion of decorating our daughter's room...
Sad thing is her establishment is the only distributor of a particular piece of furniture that I want. So, it pains me to give her any type of business but I just need one piece from her. Hi Customers.. Well yelp has taken my coments off again. I openly appologized for anything that we have done to any customers to offend them in anyway and I got filtered. Now Im thinking that someone works for YELP and is filtering them out.. I have tried to send E mails to the ones that put the negative stuff up to see what could be done to make them happy and I have had no response.. We have many satisfied customers that come in and do not understand all this negitive feed back. We have a beautiful store with great prices.. Come in for your self and check us out.. Now they are asking for a picture of me so I am posting that..

I bought an adapter for my bob stroller a month before I gave birth . I got another travel system from my baby shower and did not use the adapter at all or opened the box . After 3 months I went back and requested for store credit as I did not have the receipt . I planned to buy other things such as dresser set and other few items. When the owner said that she cannot grant the store credit as it has been over a month got upset and just went somewhere else where they were able to give me credit . I ended up buying hundreds of dollars worth of baby stuff from a different baby store . The policy for this store as friendly as big company stores .They just lost this customer . There loss is someone else's gain .

Had an issue. But they made it right. I am more than happy. It is nice when customer service is a part of your company's core values. Thank you Baby and Teen Furniture . I would recommend this store to anyone. Good selection and staff.

I would prefer to give this company "no stars" they are highly unprofessional! There lay-a-way plan is awful! They make decisions about your order before consulting with the buyer. If your order comes in early, they might just sell it to someone else and then place your order on a back order. They also have trouble admitting there faults and do not care about Customer Satisfaction. Obviously they know I'm pregnant, you would think they would be a little more professional, pshh..yeah right! They continued to argue with me over the phone and couldn't admit there faults. After my experience with this horrible company, I wish I would have gone to Babies R Us and just bought my furniture there.

Horrible Horrible customer service. I called and asked if they would stay open 5 minutes longer because my husband was on his way to pick up our order and they would not do it! UNBELIEVEABLE! He drove from Chatworth and hit an accident and they would not stay open. Her response was "I have an infant at home" I was like honey I have twins and I need these beds! My husband literally got there at 7:05 and they were closed. For the money your better off going somewhere else. I was told they had horrible service should have listened.

First I ordered furniture and was expecting it to be in in December, I get a phone call that a piece I ordered was discontinued. I changed my order to a different manufacture, and was told I would receive it the end of feb, I call the beginning of march to be told it will be here the end of march! And I am due in a couple weeks. It wouldve been nice for them to at least call me and tell me.

I'm surprised at the low ratings. I received excellent customer service and really like this shop. Their prices are very reasonable and the owners know the merchandise. I give this store five stars as I received excellent customer service and enjoyed shopping at this location.

This customer service is horrible. I bought my daughters crib and was told by the "knowledgable staff" that the crib would convert into a toddler bed. We bought all of the pieces to convert the bed at the time of purchase. Two years later, now that my daughter is ready for the toddler bed, the pieces do not match. They offered to refund the money for the bed rail (toddler bed) but refused to give store credit for a new bed. We had bought the crib because we were told that it would convert! They lied and refused to acknowledge THEIR mistake!! If I had known from the beginning the crib would not convert, I would have purchased a crib that would convert. Now we spent too much on a crib that we only used for two years instead of a bed we could have used for 4-5 years.
