When it comes to copiers, Universal Office Copiers does it all. They provide copier/copy machine sales, services, repairs, leases, and supplies. This review is really about the owner of the shop, Edmond Stepanyan. I've known Ed and have been utilizing his services for the past three years.
I originally met Ed through an Orange County copier shop where I bought my first refurbished commercial Canon Color Copier, the ImageRunner C3200. Ed would come to my office to service my machine per the servicing program I purchased. He was consistently punctual and always gave me creative options when a repair was needed outside my warranty. When Ed left the Orange County copy shop and joined a shop in LA, I followed him. He recently left that company and opened up his own copier store. I followed him again and refuse to go elsewhere unless he leaves the industry altogether.
The two reasons why I've been a loyal customer of Ed and what you'll come to learn and appreciate about him is his honesty and professionalism. For those two reasons alone, I wouldn't mind paying a premium but Ed likes to defy the very laws of nature because his prices have always been lower than his competitors. I don't understand how this is possible but I'm definitely not complaining. Ed's pricing and services are so extraordinary I've purchased a second Canon color copier from him yesterday.
If you need to purchase, lease, service, or repair your copier, make sure you call Ed as part of your due diligence. If you need a repair estimate, you'll have to pay Ed to come out for an opinion but this is standard with all copier shops. Ed will tell you what all your possible options are and that alone is worth the price to have him come out. With the amount of money you'll be saving and the level of service you'll get in return, you can thank me for introducing Ed to you by buying me a meal or a drink. Contacted universal copy and was greeted by Cory. A few conversations later Cory got me the best price on a copier. Everything we delivered and set up as promised. The technician V came out and set up everything to my expectations. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone needing a copier. Thanks again guys. Phil

UCS takes care of our copiers and desktop printers at our school. Out of every printer company we have dealt with over the years, they have been consistently the cheapest and nicest. They're just good at what they do and make everything really easy for us. They have never dropped the ball on sending out new stock of toner or doing maintenance on the machines. It's refreshing to work with a vendor like this!

A great company with very nice people running it. I rented a Canon Imagerunner for about two years from UCS - they were always great about keeping it maintained and helping me learn how to use it most effectively. A great bargain for the service!

Super accommodating and helpful. Rented a copier from them for a commercial shoot and they were extremely prompt with delivery and pickup, no hassle. Friendly service and good price. Great deal!

Great service, in a pinch! I needed a copier in an incredibly short amount of time. Not only did UCS deliver, but they went above and beyond. The set up was easy and fast, the service all along the way was excellent. Their techs were always prompt to help out with anything that needed explaining / further setting up. Cory and the entire staff were always friendly and helpful. They will be my go to from here on in!

We found Universal Copy Solutions online and saw that they had great reviews on Yelp and Google so gave them a try. We decided to rent a copier on a monthly basis because it made more sense for our business, but they did give me the options to buy a copier as well as lease a copier. The service includes all parts, service, and supplies, so whenever we have any issue we call them and they usually show up that day. And to top it off they offer a price beat guarantee and were able to beat the other quotes I received! Great service and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of copier needs.

Our accounting firm recently switched to Universal Copy Solutions and we are very pleased with the results. The service is phenomenal. I was able to consult with Cory over the phone about what printers and copiers we would need for an office of our size. The machines were installed quickly and set up efficiently. They are also quick to fix any issues that we have with our printers/copiers. All around, our experience with UCS was great.
