Best bike shop in Utah! Jordan is one of the shop workers who has always gone out of his way to help me out. Fantastic customer service, excellent product assortment, and they build wheels!

This is one of two Universal Cycles shops, with the main store being in Portland. They have weird hours of operation, but it's due to them being a shipping focal point for their online store; this is why the store is located where it's at as well.

One of my favorite aspects of this shop is that you can order your parts online and then pick them up from the store at no extra charge. If they don't have the part you need, they'll get it for you. I'm super sad that they're closing up the Utah store at the end of February 2016.

Finally a shop that carries tools! Jordan was more than helpful and the vibe was awesome. Tons of options of everything you're looking for and a friendly non-elitist staff made sure this won't be my last visit.
