Ive never been to this post office before but because the one where my p.o. box is had their system down I came this way.
Well when I passed my package over to Ms Mayo, she told.me the label I made THE DAY BEFORE for an express package was invalid.
Mind you I spend thousands on express shipping and have ever had a problem

I usually make labels for everything and drop them off the next day or if I'm at the downtown location in the evening

She told me I would need a new label, which makes absolutely no sense. Once the package gets scanned and accepted that's when the "1 day express" shipping begins, not when I make the label
USPS you really need to train your staff to know updated rules and not just make stuff up on the spot.

I'm on my fourth post office because the next one I went to was CLOSED (the weather is not that bad).
I'm very over the staff, having never had to pay for postage, telling me made up rules and making what is supposed to be convenient more of a hassle.

THE STAFF IS STEALING....I've had too many items of value just randomly go missing in the post not to get suspicious of their staff's integrity. Then when you go into their location you realize there's absolutely NO management oversight or any person who gives a ....Please post if this happened to you hopefully someone else is paying attention

This place is ridiculous, they only have one person working at the window when there is like 10 people in the line waiting to served. They were not moving at a reasonable pace at all !

This post office has awful customer service, they ignore the people no matter how long the line is. I mailed a package that was prepaid and I received a receipt from the clerk but my package never was delivered. Someone inside the post office stole the package.

Do not talk your valuable things here because this location like to steal and act like a package is lost that never left their warehouse. I had a $1000 worth of Designer items package thru Poshmark and they stole it... 0 Stars

I'll keep it short and brief. When you ask employees to take accountability, they will threaten to call the police on you. What was the crime? Them being annoyed. Don't believe me? Ask Regina Parker. She did this exact thing to me.

A customer complained about their package not being delivered to their home after 3 or more days of waiting.
This is the fourth person to say the same exact thing. The Jackson Park Station Post Office is a mess. The workers are inefficient, unhelpful, and have bad attitudes. It's currently 3 people working including the manager but yet no one is up front to keep the lines moving. I've been here for 1hr and 15 min waiting for a package that was suppose to be delivered to my home yesterday. After getting to the window Felicia, one of the workers, tells me she can not find my package in the carrier therefore she'll have to wait until the woman who delivers to my building gets into work. Seriously?!! Y'all need to do better because it's always like this at this location.

Extremely rude and not helpful. This post office is not delivering any of my packgages and will not help me get any of them. They have no idea what they are doing. Would give 0 starts if possible.

Staff seems to know nothing about their own business and are unwilling to offer assistance of any kind. Very dissatisfied. Every visit in the past 2 years have been a big disappointment. I drive to a different post office now even if this one is down my street.

Terrible place, staffs are extremely slow and rude. Makes you feel like this isn't the 21st century.
