Rubin was great. He was the one who had me test drive a car regarding one their promotions. Very polite and explained things in detail. He's a good person to go to if interested in buying a car as he has the patience and not the hard sell before those behind the scene come in.

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. They called back twice in the matter of 30 days to tell me they needed more money down because the bank didn't approve financing terms. I initially agreed and gave them more money. They put me in a car for an entire month without ever having financing approved and kept stringing me along and lying to me. After a month I had to return the car because who ever submitted our final paperwork had submitted information incorrectly and lied. I will be taking this up with a lawyer but Please do not buy a car here. Not to mention I have NOT received my down payment back. They still have my 2000 dollars!! I have called every day since and I keep getting ignored.
Richard, Ruben and Frank were never upfront about the process and I felt very lied to and taken advantage of the entire time working with them. I don't have anything positive to say.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 1Business owner information

Good contact. Had to go in 4 separate times to get financed. However, they did it. My credit was good. However, they ran me 13 times. Which lowered my credit 40 points. Great customer service. I was awarded an Amazon Gift Card as they ran out of Gas Cards. I'm glad I came here. The agents were informed, pleasant, and courteous, but they never knew the cars, the specifications, just the model and make. The price was when you sat down and talked. So that's the only surprise. Negotiations are at that point. Plenty of new abd used cars. Nice sized lot. Fair amount of choices. Happy Holidays.

I don't recommend coming here. I had a horrible experience with one of the sales managers, Mr. Acton. He was rude, unprofessional, and overly pressuring. When I didn't want to make a decision same day, he became increasingly condescending and kept asking me "Why?". I would tell him it's because I'm young and need to talk it over with my family, only to be followed with more questioning as well as more rude remarks.
I quite literally cried in the dealership because of how angry I was at the audacity of this man. I've never cried in public. Please take your business elsewhere.

worst service and ethic work from a sales person named lizardo tamayo . we had tried to cancel extended warranty purchased and he said the only way is to buy another car just because lady is 65 years old , thats not rigth if a customer decides to cancel extended warranty finance should be ok by that , so when i called helping mrs purchaser , he was saying lies and bad information to me treating me like sht ,, not knowing i know our rigths . so i confronted him and he is mtrfkng me from left to rigth , calling me names and confronting me like wanted to figth me . we got mad due that they see a customer vulnerable !!! you should not have people working like that in a dealership ... i will make sure united nissan is burned cause of him this is unacceptable ... make money the rigth way not with lies and treat us customers like this ....

Great customer service process was quicker than expected. Everyone was very nice and very attentive to our needs paperwork was explained clearly. 3rd time coming here and would come back a 4th time if I need too!

April 1st I received a email for 20$ off on my car service in which the coupon had expired March 31st. So I called United Nissan and they squeezed me for 1pm that day April 1st and acknowledged my coupon I recommend United Nissan
