The smell and appearance of this theatre is absolutely horrific! It's been this way for several years. I've seen various reviewers outright telling what this theatre looks like and smells like in Flowood, MS. Owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves.

This was our favorite theater pre-pandemic. We were there once a week. It did not reopen right away and when we did go back it was very disappointing.
While other local theaters used the shutdown to refresh and refurbish this theater did nothing the seats and facilities have deteriorated.
The staff seem incapable of processing ticket sales or concessions. Today we were the only customers, but because we were using gift cards they could not figure out how to manage the transaction. After spending almost 30 minutes at the counter, we left without seeing the movie.
      We won't be going back!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I just had the WORST experience of my life at this Flowood Regal theatre. I went to the movies with my family, my mom and wife. First they did not turn off the lights in the movie, then they didn't put the AC on and we were sweating. But what really put a bad taste in my mouth is when we went to the bathroom after the movie and a employee came running in yelling at us. She mistook my short haired wife as a man. Instead of simply apologizing she ran away. I went to the counter to have a simple conversation about awareness. But I was made to wait 5 minutes then that employee came and yelled at ME! The victim and paying customer!!! She did not even let me speak!!! I left feeling like a piece of garbage. I will never go back here and they need to fire the employees yelling at customers! And no one should assume short hair is a man there are plenty of women who have short hair, that's called discrimination. They come off anti LGBTQ, anti customer service & completely unprofessional. Don't waste your money here. Go to a theatre that treats you like a person.

This theater is horrible. First the staff yelled at us just because we were trying to find where to get our tickets scanned. Then when we finally found which cinema the movie was playing in because no one showed us anything of where to go or anything. The movie theater had no AC and it stunk like someone had pissed in it and they hadn't cleaned it in two years.

      Ugh.
      How sad and disappointing.
My wife and I went to this Parkway Theater at least once a week for years. When COVID hit, they shut down. Understandable!
When they re-opened, we were first to go and support our local businesses. But alas, it's just jot the same.
In fact it's deplorable. Dirty, grimy and just horrible.
Before I left a bad review, we gave them a few months. But it's just gotten worse.
On most nights they seem to have ONE employee. Yes ONE! Concession stand line is therefore ridiculous, popcorn was old and stale and cold. Like. Full day old! Yuck. Pepsi- yes Pepsi, they no longer have Coke- was tepid and flat.
      Seats were dirty.
      Floors sticky.
And cups from previous movie were still in cup holders - where NO ONE had even attempted to clean the theater.
      Sad, and rather pathetic:
I predict closure in a few months.
As all the other theaters upgraded and cleaned , this one went straight down the crapper.

This theatre gets an extra star from me just because they have $5 dollar movies all day on Sundays and Tuesdays and you just can't beat the price.

This theater is really old and is in desperate need of new screens and a new sound system. I mean, desperate, desperate need! The screens are not crystal clear and the sound constantly goes in and out in all the theaters. Even when the sound is at its peak performance, it's still annoyingly low. There's also a buzz which comes through the speakers every now and then.

It is nice that we can use our Regal card from Florida here so we still rack up points for free popcorn, drinks, and movies. Take the time to get your own card, even if you don't come here often.

The theatre is kept clean, which is actually more than I can say for many new theaters.

Good selection of new release movies here, but they do not always have a movie the day it is released. Sometimes it takes a week or two or three for a new release to find its way here.

If it's a $5 dollar day and you don't mind an imperfect screen and imperfect sound, it's a good place to catch a movie. If it's regular price, take the time to make the 10 minute drive to Tinsletown.

Oh, one last thing: DO NOT get a pretzel from the concession area. They are in a bad they toss in a microwave (add your own salt which will not stick) and they taste like nothing more than a piece of warm, stale bread.

My hosts usually come here for their senior discount so I didn't complain about seeing movies at a discounted rate. The customer service was good, concession stand snacks were ok... And that's all really.

This movie theatre has seen better days and it shows...The sound and picture quality is poor at best... It seems as though no matter which theater you're in the sound goes up and down... Is it really that difficult to get the sound correct and keep it that way?? Apparently it is....

The employees are nice and helpful...

Unless you're going to see a movie on Sunday or Tuesday (It's $5.00 on these days), I'll go a little further up the road to another Theatre...

Came to see Escape Room. Apparently the ticket guy wasn't paying attention and gave us tickets to the wrong movie. I didn't look at the ticket because who does that? The movie stopped 30 minutes in because the system showed no one buying a ticket. The staff acted like it was my fault for buying the wrong ticket. I should have went to Tinseltown in Pearl.
