Bought my care in March of 2016. Had problem with heater coil and Tires. They got me 4 brand new tires and replaced heater coil. I drove 3000 miles on Jan. 2018 and never had a problem. Thanks Unique auto.

I was sold a 2008 Ford F150
I told the the seller that the motor had a clicking sound, he came back with a reply that all the Ford Triton motors do that. Hmmmm than when they sold me the Truck , they said it only came with one key !
It was like trying to pull teeth just to get another key made up ! Next thing I know, one month later is the power steering hose went ! Brought it down to see if they would pay for repair, all I got was ( you ruined my lunch ) ! WTF ! Anyway, I fixed it myself. Now that so called ticking I found out, is about a $2,000 dollar job ! Yes I will not recommend this dealer to anyone !
Now I have had the truck 3 months and check engine lite is on :( What a Lemmon !Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sylvia B.Turners Falls, MA58Oct 2, 2013
I bought a car from them. Now the engine is gone and they refuse to make it right. They take advantage of people who may not be able to get a loan somewhere else and put them in lemons. I barely had my car a year and the motor went.

I have never met any of the sales people on this lot, and obviously I have never bought anything from them; however, I can tell you that I will NEVER buy anything from them.
Why? They are liars, very deceptive. I spoke to one salesman over the phone and upfront he said that if I gave him a little information he would be able to tell me how much I needed to put down. Well, that wasn't good enough. He wanted MORE information. I have spoken to that gentleman on two occasions (about a month apart). The last time was about three days ago.
Fast forward to today. I noticed a giant flyer out in front of the Unique Auto lot, suggesting that one only needed to put down $333 (or was it only $33?, so when I got home I called the lot and the guy over the phone tried to play stupid. He actually asked said "I'm sorry, now what flyer are you talking about?" When I told him (AGAIN) that it was one of the flyers out near the sidewalk he then said "Well, normally you need to put down $1000". I told him "Well, then, you are misleading people" and hung up. Terrible place to car shop. Don't fool with those crooks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
