I didn't realize that if you don't walk in with full glam on your face that you get treated like garbage. I know how to do my makeup but don't find it necessary to have it done 24/7.
Went in for a few things as well as to find a product that a makeup reviewer was raving about. The girl told me she would check on it since it may be a discontinued product (it's not) and she'd be back. I walked around for 30min and she never came back to let me know anything. I walked out with nothing because I was so upset. Awful service. Judgmental b*tch.

Nice clean and the people was very helpful. They had a lot of great sales. Will return

Made an online order in-store, email address wasn't put in correctly by associate and now I have no proof of purchase or refund. The store states unable to pull up receipt to call guest services. Called guest services they couldn't pull it up nor could they switch me over to a supervisor. They suggested to go back to store. Called store and they couldn't do. REALL?!?!?!

I've had the most amazing experience here. Jade and Tea were both the sweetest people ever. They conversed with me as if we knew eachother forever, and I found that very comforting. These two were the absolute best.

I've been going to this salon for 6+ years for elite hair stylist, Manda Hilgert. She is truly gifted in all ways you'd want your stylist to be gifted. She's friendly, knowledgeable, keeps her skills up-to-date, and serves as a stand-in therapist. Seriously, she has the social aspect of her trade locked down! Her head massage during the shampoo is so good it almost makes you weep! Manda brings rockstar service to Ulta Beauty!

What a terrible location. A bunch of employees just standing around at opening time and not one asks you if you need help. One cashier working with at least six people in line and again all the rest of the employees are just standing around. Long wait time and then when something doesn't ring up due to a online only sale they can't as a courtesy honor the price. I'm done with Ulta. Sephora is the way to go.

I came in today at around 12:30pm to get hair products and shampoo/conditioner. The young gentleman in the hair salon area was more than helpful. He assisted me in selecting the right products for my hair type and needs and was very helpful and friendly. He is definitely a keeper!

When I am shopping I do not expect to be standing in line for 5 minutes while the people in front of me keep running back to the aisles to get or swap items and 2 other associates are chatting near the front door. I do not expect to be required to provide my phone number to provide me a price check on an item. I do not expect to have to provide my number to allow my friend who doesn't shop with you to check out since your staff would not allow her to proceed with her purchase without an Ulta Rewards membership.
I then called Customer service to complain and was hung up on before I could even say anything other than I was calling to complain. I then texted customer service and was told that they had to confirm my Ultamate Rewards acct in order to even make a complaint. I then tried to call 2 more times and will admit I became more and more hostile with each customer service rep who indicated I should hold and then hung up on me. The final rep didn't even try and pretend she was going to get a supervisor and just hung up.
I will be returning the items I purchased tomorrow and then I will be contacting customer service to have my entire acct removed from your system. You lost at least 5 customers today due to your company's blatant disregard for the privacy of your clients. As a person who has both had a stalker and who has been affected by identity theft, I expect more from the companies I give my money to. Our relationship is untenable and we are breaking up.

I will split this review into two parts, one for the store and one for the salon.

Ulta Beauty Store : I find this to be a very cramped store but maybe it's the times that I go, however they are almost always fully stocked on the items I want to purchase. I don't normally ask for assistance with cosmetics but I'm always greeted and asked if I need assistance. All around good customer service on the storefront.

The Salon at Ulta : I've come to the salon at Ulta on multiple occasions and have always been beyond satisfied with my Stylist Delia. Delia is everything I wanted in a stylist. She is like one of your best friends when you're in her chair and I love her and that aspect of how she treats her clients. She's always done precisely what I asked and it always looks just like the reference picture I bring her. I'm beyond thrilled to have a stylist that I mesh so well with. Her cut & color are always perfection.

The prices are more than competitive compared to other salons and the overall experience is what keeps me coming back to this Salon. I highly recommend.

Went to this location on two separate occasions a day apart with my African American kids. Each time I went the workers followed my kids around the store as if they have to steal. I watched them closely as they trailed my daughters on both days. These ladies need to get a grip on life and be taught that not every person steals and all customers should be treated the same. They were so busy watching my daughters that they didn't notice the Causian baby who put chapstick in her purse. I will never bring my kids here again nor will I shop here ! These workers need to be taught wrong from right!
