Definitely not good Customer Service!! Ordered online and when I couldn't get there to pick up kindly called them and ask them to hold my order because I received the item on a Sale price there wasn't anyway to Hold the price so I would have to purchase the items again at Higher price!! Clearly I'm aware it's my fault for not picking the shipping option but Damm things happened and Whatever happened to helping Customers out!! Definitely will be awile til I order again and definitely will be having it shipped from Corporate so they don't get the credit as a store!

Brightly lit & well stocked, plus staff was wonderfully helpful! Unknowingly to me, I stopped in looking for a brand that was exclusive to Sephora, but the associate who helped me showed me comparable products in budget and with similar quality/benefits & I never felt pressured during the experience. Her knowledge was great & I'm so thankful she continued to help rather than leave it as "sorry that's a Sephora-exclusive item." While I'll probably stick to that Sephora brand now for this hair product, when I'm ready to change up my skincare, hair care, or makeup routine, I'll definitely be back here because that knowledge and time was so appreciated & the best experience I've had in any beauty store as far back as I can recall!

Everyone there is so super helpful I was really impressed with their knowledge and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me I don't know much about make up and was looking to get stuff for my wedding and I think I asked for help from almost every person in that store and everyone of them were so kind. Thank you so much!

The store itself and the things they sell in the store are great. My problem is with the employees. They are the most unfriendly and lazy bunch of employees. They don't ask you if you need help. They don't know when things will be coming to their store. They don't help you find items at other stores. They are the rudest group of employees I have ever encountered. I literally will drive 15 minutes extra out of my way to a different location if I need something from Ulta. As of lately I've just gone to a different place besides an Ulta to get my items because I don't want to deal with the rudeness. Because of the rudeness and lack of customer service I barely shop at Ulta anymore and it's sad.

Not enough staff. I remember when the store first opened there was a helpful staff member at every corner. I'm deterred from going here only because it takes an extra 10 minutes to get help both to pick a product as well as I always end up waiting at the register.

Love other Ulta stores, but this one needs a serious glow up!

I'm basing this rating solely on the salon because the store itself (although smaller than most ultas and generally understocked) is fine, but the salon is absolute garbage. I've been dying my hair and treating my hair for almost 15 years now and never had an experience quite like Ulta. I've been a vivid red color since 2014, so a long time, and that requires a lot of upkeep, so I learned the process along the way myself to save some money and I got extremely good at doing my hair exactly how I wanted. At some point over the summer of 2018 I got bored and dyed my hair purple/blue, while it was pretty, I got bored of it and missed red. I needed it professionally color corrected and dyed red again so I didn't damage my hair. Well let me tell ya, I didn't just leave with incredibly damaged hair, but it was also ORANGE. The girl was brand new, I mean literally just graduated from cosmetology school new, took the entire day doing my hair, and still missed spots, left bleach on too long, told me that I walked in with already damaged hair (I didn't, I promise you that) and during the rinsing process she even said out loud "uh oh, let me grab more red" because she already knew she messed up and my hair was rinsing orange.. a true joke. I'm not the kind of person who will "send something back" or say something then and there just because I don't like confrontation, but after leaving, crying, and realizing how badly my hair was ruined I had to go back the next day and have them fix it. The salon manager attempted to fix the mess the first girl made by slapping more red over and over it but bc the first girl had damaged my hair so much, the red wouldn't "stick".. several hours later she finally just called it quits and said the only way to make it look reasonable is to dye it dark and get it over with. Yes I got my money back, but my hair was destroyed, it hasn't been the same since and that was MONTHS ago. Thank you Ulta for ruining my hair. Please hire people who actually know what the hell they are doing.

went in for my eyebrow appointment today. booked a month in advance. apparently my lady QUIT and i was NOT notified and when they told me they could still do it, i trusted them. my eyebrows were not only crooked, but uneven, the tint is not even and the brows are two different shapes. unsatisfied and will probably not go back to the brow bar there.

I had a great experience at Ulta in the Wilton Mall, Saratoga Springs. I came in with a specific issue of my makeup looking cakey due to the moisturizer and primer I was using. Nate helped me to find a moisturizer, primer, and also showed me some makeup application tips that solved this problem right away. I was really happy with the service and was in and out very quickly (15-20 minutes). I highly recommend Ulta if you need any type of skin, hair, or makeup product or have questions about the application of skin care/makeup products. Being able to try on the products in the store eliminates the guesswork of buying and trying drugstore products at home.
