I am so happy with the service I was provided. After battling to find out where my home ins policy went after previous rep up and left from a different office, Eman Hassanin stepped in to help me sort this mess out.

Hi Mark. Thank you for your feedback. My agency prides itself with superb customer service. My team members and I keep an eye on all upcoming payments to make sure there are no issues to avoid cancellations. Cancellations could result in one of our valued customers losing crucial insurance coverage. We also offer what we call, "Farmers Friendly Review." We contact our valued customers at least once a year to make sure they are adequately covered, and also answer questions they might have.
